Abstract

PURPOSE:To contrive improvements in weather resistance and water resistance, by a method wherein linear loading polyethylene resin is used as raw materials, in case of a tube type film the film is put together into a sheet and heat orientation processing of the sent out film is performed by molding and sending out the film continuously. CONSTITUTION:Linear loading polyethylene resin is loaded into a hopper 1 of an inflation molding machine (a). The same is heated while pressurization and pressure feed are being performed with a screw 2 and a film 4' (tube) is molded and sent out through a die 3. The film 4' (tube) is put together into a filmy state sheet with pinch rollers 5, 5' and performs heat orientation processing by bringing into contact with a hot platen 8 while orientating at a fixed rotary speed rate between take-off rollers 6, 6' and orientation rollers 7, 7'. Then printing 13 is performed with a print roller 9 and guide roller 9'. Also embossing processing forming unevenness on the surface of the film is performed continuously with an embossing roller 10. Finally, winding is completed with a winding device 12 by passing through winding rollers 11, 11'.

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は、気温変化の激しい国に輸出するタイヤのよう
な気温変化に影響を受は易い商品の表面にゲートル巻き
して、その商品を保護する耐候性、耐水性に秀れたゲー
トル巻きするラッピングフィルムの製造法に係るもので
ある。

候性、耐水性を付与せしめたラッピング紙を捲回してい
たが、素材が紙の為強い力でラッピングすると切れ易い
欠点があった。

最後にエンボス加工を行って連続巻取りすることを特徴
とするゲートル巻きするラッピングフィルムの製造法。

伸し乍ら60℃〜70”C程度の熱板8に接触せしめて
加熱延伸加工を行う。

2、粒状LLDPE熱可塑性樹脂を選択し、且つ延伸加

強度が増し、特に経方向の引張りに強い極めてラッピン
グし易いラッピングフィルムとなり、その耐候性、耐水
性は従来のラッピング紙に比して極めて優秀である。

明は一工程の流れ作業で秀れたラッピングフィルムを連
続的に量産し得るから、それだけ安価に製品を提供し得
ることになる。

最後にエンボス加工を行って連続巻取りすることを特徴
とするゲートル巻きするラッピングフィルムの製造法。
