【考案の詳細な説明】 従来のノツク式ボールペンにおいては軸筒の先
端孔とリフイールの先端チツプとの間にその先端
孔におけるチツプの出没動作がスムーズとなるよ
うに隙間が設けられておりさらにリフイール本体
と軸筒の間にも径方向の隙間が存在しているため
に筆記時にチツプが軸筒先端孔の内面に当り不快
な音を発生させ筆感を損ねるという欠点があつ
た。これを解決するためにリフイールに例えば実
開昭51−145229号公報に見られるような振れ止め
装置を取付けることもできるが、その場合はチツ
プのがたつきは防止できるがリフイールの突出収
納が困難になつてくる弊害があつた。本考案は斯
かる問題の解決を目的とするものであり、ノツク
式ボールペンにおける戻しバネのバネ受けのリフ
イール貫通孔をリフイール外径より僅かに大径と
なすと共に、該貫通孔の中心をリフイールの先端
チツプが出没する軸筒の先端孔の中心に対し僅か
に偏心させることによりリフイール貫通孔と軸筒
先端孔との間でリフイールの軸中心線を軸筒の軸
中心線に対し僅かに傾斜させ、リフイールをバネ
受けのリフール貫通孔と軸筒先端孔の両者の内面
に接触させた状態でその先端チツプを軸筒の先端
孔から突出させて先端チツプのがたつきを防止す
ると共に、バネ受けの前端外面部のテーパーの後
端角部を戻しバネのバネ力で軸筒内面のテーパー
に線接触させ且つ軸筒に対し軸方向及び径方向に
若干移動自在とすることによりリフイールの突出
及び収納をスムーズになさしめるものである。

け5により偏心させられるためリフイール2は弾
性的に僅かに屈曲して必ずバネ受け5の貫通孔4
及び軸筒先端孔3の内面に触れ、リフイールの先
端チツプのがたつきが防止されることになる。
又、リフイール2の突出及び収納の際にはリフイ
ール2がバネ受け5の貫通孔4の内面と接触して
いても、バネ受け5が戻しバネ7のバネ力のみに
より線接触の状態で軸筒内面に当接しているので
径方向及び軸方向に僅かに位置をずらして摩擦抵
抗を弱めることができこれによりスムーズなリフ
イール2の突出及び収納が可能となる。ここで例
えばリフイールの外径を2.30mmとすると軸先端孔
の内径が2.4mm、バネ受貫通孔の内径が2.35mm、
