Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 回転するスピンドルに載置されたハードデイス
クの上、下面を同時に検査するための上下一対の
磁気ヘツドを有し、かつ該磁気ヘツドをハードデ
イスクの中心方向へ往復動させる一対のキヤリツ
ジから構成され、一方のキヤリツジの移動により
ハードデイスクの内側を検査し、他方のキヤリツ
ジによりハードデイスクの外側を検査するハード
デイスク検査装置において、 前記いずれか一方のキヤリツジの上下一対の磁
気ヘツドの一方を、該キヤリツジに設けられたマ
イクロメータの移動機構により、ハードデイスク
の中心方向へ往復動できる微調整キヤリツジに取
付けたことを特徴とするハードデイスク検査装置
。
