【考案の詳細な説明】
(考案の目的)
本考案は、塗装作業において、省人化を計り、
生産性の向上を目的とした塗装用インデツクス回
転テーブルにおけるロクロ機構に関するものであ

(従来技術)
従来、塗装工程において、塗装すべき物体を供
給する装置はベルトラインであり、ベルト上に物
体を1個1個整然と並べ、塗装装置内へ搬入し、
装置内で塗装し、他方側へ搬出するもので、これ
は装置面積が広く、作業員も数名であつた。ま
た、ループ式のものもあつたが、自動ロクロ回転

用インデツクス回転テーブルにおけるロクロ機構

ーブル2の下部にシヤフト13を介して間欠回転
するゼネバ機構(図示略)を設け、インデツクス
テーブル2に割り出しアーム3を割り出し角度
45゜に対応して8個連設し、その各先端の上面に
回転体4、下面に回転ローラー6を設け、その中
心部に支柱5を有し、割り出しアーム3の下部の
ある所定の位置にシリンダー11を介して駆動ロ
ーラー台7を載置し、その台上にローラー9を3
個載置し、そのローラー9に外接するベルト10
を有し、その内の1個のローラー9の下部にシヤ
フト12を介してモーター8が設置してある。ま

第2図に示す様に、塗装すべき物体Mをアーム
3の先端の回転体4及び支柱5上に固定し、順次
全てのアーム3に物体Mを供給し、塗装用インデ
ツクステーブルにおけるロクロ機構1を始動させ
ると、ゼネバ機構(図示略)の設けてあるインデ
ツクステーブル2が間欠回転し、塗装を行なう位
置に1個のアーム3が停止すると、ローラー9及
びローラー9に外接するベルト10が載置してあ
る駆動ローラー台7がシリンダー11により移動
し、ベルト10がアーム3の下面に設けてある回
転ローラー6に接し、ローラー9をモーター8が
駆動し、ベルト10が回転ローラー6を回転さ
せ、一定時間経つと回転が停止し、シリンダー1
1により駆動ローラー台7が元の位置にもどる。
回転ローラー6が回転すると、これに接合してい
る回転体4及び支柱5が回転し、これらに載置固
定してある物体Mが回転する。その際、塗料を物
体Mに吹き付け、塗装を行なう。塗装完了後、イ
ンデツクステーブル2が間欠回転し、次のアーム
3が停止し、同様に載置固定してある物体Mを塗
装していく。最初に物体Mを供給した位置に物体
Mが塗装されて戻つて来たら、これを取り出し、
塗装すべき物体Mを供給する。これを順次繰り返
すことにより物体Mを順次塗装する。また、自動
塗装機と組み合わせれば、塗装工程全てが作業員
1名で行なうことが可能である。また、回転ロー
ラー6に回転を与えるモーター8の回転速度、ア
ーム3の割り出し速度も変速可能である。また、
塗装を行なう位置と対向する位置より物体Mを供
給すると、吹き付ける塗料との距離が十分あるた
め自分の体に付くことがなく、塗装を行なう位置
より供給する位置まで塗装された物体Mは、イン
デツクステーブル2が間欠回転するため、移動す
るのに少々の時間がかかるので、物体Mに吹き付
けられた塗料がやや乾燥し手に付きにくくなり取
り出し易い。なお、本実施例では割り出し角度θ
を45゜にしてあるためアーム3が8個であるが、
必ずしも8個でなくてもアーム3が複数個になる
様に割り出し角度θを決めればよく、ベルト10
はウレタン紐製であるが、摩擦のある回転の与え
易い材質のものであればよく、また、ローラー9
は3個であるが、必ずしも3個でなくても複数個
