本考案は回転灯において回転動力源となるモー

(従来の技術)
従来、回転灯の回転装置は第3図及び第4図に
示すように底板1上に台板2を設け、ロータ3を
回転自在に嵌合したソケツト支持ボス4を台板2
上に立設固定し、台板2より上方へ垂直で相対す
るように設けた支持片2a間にねじ5にて後述の
支持機構によりモータ6を回転自在に軸支し、モ
ータ軸7に挿入したプーリ8をロータ3に圧接し
てモータ6の回転をロータ3に伝動する。9は電
球、10はロータ上に固定した反射鏡、11は透
明のグローブである。モータ6の支持機構を第4
図にて説明すると、モータ6のモータ軸7側にコ
の字形状に折曲した板バネ12とモータ支持アン
グル13の各中央片部12a,13aを順次固定
する。モータ支持アングル13の平行に相対する
アングル相対片13bの相対する位置にねじ5を
嵌合する貫通穴13cをそれぞれ設ける。ねじ5
は頭部5a、ねじ部5b、円柱部5cと、円柱部
5cの先端の半球状部5dより形成されている。
台板2の支持片2aの相対位置にねじ穴2bをそ
れぞれ設け支持片2aの外側よりねじ5のねじ部
5bはねじ穴2bへそれぞれ螺合し、円柱部5c
は貫通穴13cを貫通して、半球状部5dは板バ
ネ12へそれぞれ圧接する。このようにねじ5に
て軸支されたモータ6は台板2に一端を固定した
押しバネ14のバネ圧によりプーリ8をロータ3
に圧接してモータ6の回転をロータ3に伝動して
いる。この構造においてはねじ5の円柱部5c直
径と、モータ支持アングル13の貫通穴13c直
径の各寸法精度が悪いとねじ5の半球状部5d先
端を軸とするモータ6の回動不良やがたつきの原
因となるのでこれら部品の寸法精度が要求され
る。またこの嵌合では貫通穴13cがねじ5の円
柱部5cを摺動するがたつき(図面の矢印方向)

の字形状に折曲し、中央片部15aをモータ軸7
側に固定し、相対するバネ相対片15bの相対す
る位置にて内方へ突出する凹部15cをそれぞれ
形成する。この凹部15c内にねじ5の半球状部
5dの先端を接当する。モータ支持バネ15のモ
ータ軸7下方位置に下向け弧状に突出した引掛け
爪15dを設け、台板2の支持片2aにおいてモ
ータ支持バネ15の引掛け爪15dより上方にて
相対する個所に係止爪2cをそれぞれ設け、この
係止爪2c間の距離より両端の係止部間寸法がや
や短いコイルバネ16を張架し、コイルバネ16
の中間部をモータ支持バネ15の引掛け爪15d

られ、生産において個々製品のばらつきはきわめ
