Claims (1)
- ケースの一端から出入する可動軸にその軸線方
向に沿つて設けた磁化部を、ケースに設けた磁気
センサが検出するようになつたリニアエンコーダ
において、前記可動軸を筒状に形成して、この筒
状部の内側に前記磁化部を配置し、前記ケースに
その他端から前記筒状部内に侵入する固定軸を形
成して、この固定軸に前記磁気センサを配置した
ことを特徴とするリニアエンコーダ。
