Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify the manufacturing process by providing upper and lower insulation rings having L-shaped cross-section contacting respectively with the outer circumferential face and one end face of a laminated ring type core member and the inner circumferential face and the other face thereof. CONSTITUTION:A lower insulation ring 2 having L-shaped cross-section is fitted onto a cylindrical jig 4 mounted on a base 41 such that the horizontal section 21 thereof is in contact with the base 41. Then core members 1 punched into ring shape from a steel strip board are fitted sequentially from above the lower insulation ring 2 upto a predetermined height thus forming a laminated core 5. Instantaneous adhesive is applied onto the core member 1 as required. Then an upper insulation ring 3 having L-shaped cross-section is fitted onto the laminated core 5. Thereafter, a stator core 6 having the laminated core 5 applied with an insulation layer is removed from the jig 4. By such arrangement, waiting time for heating, for example, can be eliminated from manufacturing process, no adhesive jig is required for the core member 1 and the work time is shortened considerably.

[Prior art] Conventionally, when winding a stator winding around a stator core of a small motor with a diameter of about 30 mm, it was time-consuming and space-consuming to create a winding groove in the stator core and insert the coil. Since the efficiency is poor, either an insulating sheet is wrapped around a ring-shaped laminated core without a winding groove, or an insulating ring with a U-shaped cross section is inserted into both ends of the laminated core, and a coil is wound on top of it in a toroidal shape. ing. However, if the core members made of ring-shaped steel plates are piled up, the shape of the core will collapse and it will take time to fit the insulating rings, so we apply adhesive to the core members and glue the core members together. After forming the laminated core, an insulating layer is formed on the surface of the core.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in order to form a laminated core by adhesion, it is necessary to apply adhesive evenly to the core members and heat the laminated core while applying pressure so that it has a constant thickness. This method requires a lot of time and effort, such as tightening the outer periphery of the laminated core with an adhesive jig in order to prevent the core members from slipping due to adhesion, and has drawbacks such as long working hours and waiting time.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention provides a lower insulating ring having an L-shaped cross section and a horizontal portion protruding from the outer periphery, which is fitted onto the outer periphery of a cylindrical jig, and a core member is placed around the outer periphery of the vertical portion of the insulating ring. A stator core with an insulating layer provided on the outer periphery is formed by inserting an L-shaped upper insulating ring with a horizontal portion protruding toward the inner periphery on the outer periphery of the laminated iron core. It is.

[Working] The core members are stacked one by one on the horizontal part while being fitted along the vertical part of the L-shaped insulating ring, so the core does not collapse. Therefore, since the insulating ring plays the role of a bonding jig, a bonding jig for the iron core member is not required.

The iron core member 1 is punched into a ring shape with predetermined inner and outer diameter dimensions from a band-shaped steel plate using a press machine or the like. The lower insulating ring 2 has an L-shaped cross section as shown in FIG. The inner periphery of the rising portion 23 formed on the outer periphery of the horizontal portion 21 is formed so as to fit into the outer periphery of the iron core member 1 . The lower insulating ring 2 is molded from a thermosetting resin mixed with glass fiber to prevent deformation due to the effects of heat and humidity. As shown in FIG. 3, the upper insulating ring 3 has an L-shaped cross section opposite to that of the lower insulating ring 2, and has a horizontal part 31 protruding from the inner periphery of a vertical part 32, and the inner periphery of the vertical part 32 is formed by an iron core member. It is molded to fit into the outer periphery of the upper insulating ring 2, and is made of the same material as the upper insulating ring 2. Cylindrical jig 4
is fixed on a base 41, and the outer periphery of the jig 4 is shaped so that the inner periphery of the lower insulating ring 2 fits therein.

When forming the laminated core 5, first the lower insulating ring 2 is fitted onto the outer periphery of the jig 4 as shown in FIG. The laminated iron core 5 is formed by stacking them one after another on the horizontal portion 21 of the lower insulating ring 2 to a predetermined height as shown in FIG. If necessary, use a hassle-free adhesive such as instant adhesive to fix the laminated core. Thereafter, the upper insulating ring 3 is fitted onto the outer periphery of the laminated core 5 as shown in FIG. In this way, the stator core 6 with the insulating layer formed around the laminated core 5 is removed from the jig 4.

A protrusion 24 or 24' perpendicular to the base 41 is provided on the inside of the jig 4 or below the horizontal portion 21, and a vertical recess is provided on the outer periphery of the jig 4 or on the upper surface of the base 41 so that the protrusion 24 fits therein. The relative position between the jig 4 and the lower insulating ring 2 is kept unchanged, and the projections 24' are used to position the molded stator core in the radial direction of the motor, so that the stator core can be easily removed from the jig after molding. You may also do so.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, according to the present invention, after the core members are directly laminated along the lower insulating ring, the upper insulating ring is immediately fitted, and the insulating layer is formed around the laminated core, and then the treatment is performed. Since the stator core is taken out from the fixture, there is no need for a jig to bond the core members, and waiting time such as heating time is eliminated during the manufacturing process, which has a significant effect on shortening work time.
