Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a damage of a door in gas table cooking furnace using city gas by a method wherein a lower burner and an air blower are arranged at both sides of a heating chamber below a burning net and an air injecting part of an air blower device is extended to a door for opening or closing flame holes of the lower burner. CONSTITUTION:A lower burner 13 having a row of flame holes 12 for forming bunzen flame at both sides of a heating chamber 10 below a burning net 8. An air blower 15 having an air injection part 14 in parallel with the row 12 of the flame holes 2 is arranged, and then the air injection part 14 is extended to a part near the opening or closing door 6. 布を均一に保ちながら、一方で、下部バーナの炎孔列の
終端よシも開閉扉側まで延長した空気噴出部から噴出す
る空気流によって開閉扉付近にエアカーテンを作り、結
果として開閉扉の温度を低下させることができる。
