Claims (1)
ボードの下方に位置するフイルターで区画して、
上方から順に送気ダクトと連通する動圧室と、静
圧室と、除塵室を形成し、上記フイルターにエア
ーの流れを除塵室の側壁側へ制御する制流板を配
設し、上記除塵室内にワークの支持台を設けると
共に、その支持台の下方に排気ダクトを設け、そ
の除塵室の側壁をワークに倣つた形状にして近接
位置させると共に、その側壁に上記フイルターを
介して上記静圧室と連通する複数のノズルを設け
