Abstract

PURPOSE:To wind a wire and an insulating sheet easily by a method wherein the insulating sheet having a specific shape is wound on the frame of a bobbin having flanges on both its ends to form an insulating layer having steps on both its ends and a required length of the wire is wound on the frame between the steps and then a required quantity of an insulating sheet is applied to form one winding layer. CONSTITUTION:A bobbin 1 has flanges 3 and 4 and a plurality of terminals 5 protrude from one of the flanges 3 and 4. An insulating sheet 30 has a constant width from its winding start end to a certain length and, after that, its center part is cut off to leave both the side edge parts 30a only. Such insulating sheet 30 is wound on the frame of the bobbin 1 to form an insulating layer having steps 30A and 30B on both its ends. After a wire 20 is entwined the terminal 5, a required length of the wire 20 is wound on the frame 2 between the steps 30A and 30B. Then the wire 20 is laid on the insulating sheet 30 so as to be folded toward the predetermined terminal and entwined the terminal 5. Then a required quantity of an insulating sheet 30 is applied so as to cover the wire 20 to form one winding layer. With this constitution, the wire and the insulating sheet can be applied easily.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the switching transformer of the present invention has flanges formed at both ends of the body, and a plurality of terminals protruding from one of the flanges. An insulating sheet is wrapped around the body of the bobbin with a constant width from the winding start end to a certain length, and then the central part is cut off, leaving only both ends, so that an insulating layer is formed to form ridges at both ends. First, after winding the wire around the terminal, the wire is wound around the body located between the ridges, and during the final winding of the wire, another insulating sheet is supplied, and the final winding is finished with the wire. The wire is then wrapped around the body by a predetermined amount while being pressed against the body, and then the wire is wired so as to be folded over the insulating sheet toward a predetermined terminal and tied around the terminal, and the insulating sheet is further wrapped around the wire so as to cover the wire. A predetermined amount of wire is wound to form one winding layer, and a plurality of winding layers are laminated on the winding layer using the method described above to form a winding portion.

(Effects of the Invention) In the method for manufacturing a switching transformer of the present invention, flanges are formed at both ends of the body, and a plurality of terminals are protruded from one of the flanges. From then on to a certain length, the insulating sheet is wrapped with a constant width, then the central part is cut off, leaving only both ends, and an insulating layer is provided so as to form ridges on both ends.First, the wire is attached to a terminal. After twining, the wire is wound around the trunk located between the ridges, and the wire is wrapped around the body. & In the middle of the final winding, another insulating sheet is supplied, and the final winding is wrapped by a predetermined amount while pressing the wire against the trunk, and then the wire is wired so as to be folded over the insulating sheet toward a predetermined terminal. At the same time, the insulating sheet is further wound around the wire by a predetermined amount to cover the wire to form one winding layer, and a plurality of winding layers are formed on the winding layer by the method described above. Since the wires are laminated to form the winding part, it takes a few steps to wrap the insulating sheet around the body and wrap the insulating sheet to form the insulating layer. The operation of winding the insulating sheet on the wire that has been folded back toward the terminal side and the operation of winding the insulating sheet on the wire that has been folded back toward the terminal side can be performed continuously, which facilitates mechanization and improves productivity. can be improved.
