Generally, in steel shelves for displaying various goods,
It can be said that various angle-shaped corner fixing fittings for assembling the four corner positions of the shelf board to the angle support at a predetermined number of steps are known, but the conventional products with relatively simple structures are still in an assembled state. This may cause wobbling or distortion of the shelf board, resulting in poor stability and robustness. On the other hand, if the structure is complicated, the manufacturing and processing costs are high, and the assembly work cannot be performed efficiently.

That is, in FIGS. 1 to 7 that represent this, P
is a rigid angle support made of relatively thick steel material, and both vertical sides 1 are perpendicular to each other when viewed from the plane.
The boundary angle corner of 0 is curved as a flat corner surface 11 so as not to form a sharp ridgeline.
A plurality of bolt receiving holes 12 are arranged in the corner surface 11 at regular intervals in the vertical direction. Reference numeral 13 denotes a pair of left and right bent pieces that are bent inward at right angles from the lateral edges of both vertical sides 10, and are useful for preventing injuries to hands and fingers.

S is a shelf board that is square in plan view and is supported by the four angle supports P, and has a horizontally flat article placement surface 14 corresponding to a top plate, and a shelf board that is bent downward at right angles. With a total of four vertical side surfaces 15, it has a wide U-shape with a vertical cross section. In addition, each vertical side surface 15 is folded upward and inverted from the lower edge to the inside, and is integrally integrated with the other.Although it is made of thin steel plate, it is expected to increase its strength and prevent injury to hands and fingers. has been done. 16 are the two perpendicular sides 1
This is a notch for bending guide provided at the corner of the angle support P, and the width of this opening substantially corresponds to the width of the band of the flat corner surface 11 of the angle support P.

Further, 17 is a pair of left and right protrusions disposed near the corners of both vertical side surfaces 15 so as to face each other with the notch 10 interposed therebetween. It is bent inward by a certain height. This protrusion 17 corresponds to and is engaged with an engagement hole of a corner fixing fitting to be described later, and to that extent, its size, protrusion height, protrusion cross-sectional shape, etc. may be adjusted appropriately. However, most preferably, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, a pair of left and right cut lines 18 of a certain length are cut in the vertical side surface 15 as running in the vertical direction, and a pair of cut lines 18 are cut inwardly between the two. It has a roughly dogleg-shaped cross section facing toward the direction, and is bent by a height h that corresponds approximately to the wall thickness of the folded and overlapped portion, and the protrusion 17 is made a certain length along the lateral direction (horizontal direction). It is set as a long and narrow rail that extends by w.

In this way, although a pair of notch lines 18 are carved, it does not weaken both vertical side surfaces 15 of the shelf S, which is generally thin and has the above-mentioned notches 16, and the vicinity of the corners thereof are cut. This is because, while functioning as a reinforcing rib, it is possible to effectively prevent unauthorized deformation of the shelf board S when tightening bolts, which will be described later. However, as will be explained again, for example, by bending only the inner sheet of the folded overlapping portion inward, the protrusion 17 may be formed into a cone-shaped or pyramid-shaped protrusion 17 without forming the cut line 18. This is because the shelf board S can be pressed in a so-called flat plate unfolded state. In any case, the tapered sloped surface of the protrusion 17 allows smooth and correct engagement with the engagement hole of the corner fixing fitting.

A is a corner fixing fitting for assembling the corner part of the shelf S to the desired height position of the angle support P, and as shown in FIGS. 5 to 8, both vertical sides 1 of the shelf S
5 is a sheet metal press worked into a generally dogleg shape in plan view, which can be fitted from the inside. Reference numeral 19 denotes a pair of right and left vertical plate surfaces that are perpendicular to each other, and the height dimension thereof is determined to be substantially equal to that of the vertical side surface 15 of the shelf board S, and the overall width dimension is similarly determined to be the same as that of the vertical side surface 15 of the angle support P. It is defined slightly wider than that. Therefore, after assembly, the fixing fittings A cannot be easily recognized from the outside, and in this sense, the cosmetic effect of the assembled shelf is enhanced. The corners of both vertical plate surfaces 19 are also flat corner surfaces 20 that are not sharpened so as to correspond to the corner surfaces 11 of the angle support P and maintain a parallel state. A screw hole 21 that fits the bolt receiving hole 12 of the angle support P is opened at this position.

Further, reference numeral 22 denotes a pair of left and right engagement holes which are opened in the middle of both vertical side surfaces 19 of the fixture A, and are arranged symmetrically with the screw hole 21 sandwiched therebetween. As described above, this engagement hole 22 engages with the protrusion 17 of the shelf S,
In the case shown in the figure, the opening has a rectangular shape elongated in the horizontal direction corresponding to the protrusion 17. However, it goes without saying that the shape and size of the opening can be determined freely. Then, for example, the engagement hole 22 is
By making the opening somewhat larger than the opening, it is also possible to perform an adjustment operation when the two are assembled.

Reference numerals 23 designate a pair of left and right claw-shaped support pieces that are bent outward at right angles from the lower edges of the lateral ends of both vertical plate surfaces 19, and are engaged with the lower end edges of both vertical side surfaces 15 of shelf board S during assembly. They are attached to each other and supported from below. Moreover, the protruding tip of the support piece 23 also engages with the bent piece 13 of the angle support P, so that the angle support P is restrained by being sandwiched between both support pieces 23 from the width direction (lateral direction). ing. Therefore, the overhanging length dimension of the support piece 23 is made larger than the wall thickness dimension of the vertical side surface 15 of the shelf board S.

Reference numeral 24 designates a pair of upper and lower protrusions that protrude outward from the flat corner surface 20 of the fixture A, and are conical in shape. It fits. This is because when the bolt 25 is tightened, it hits the flat corner surface 11 of the angle support P from the inside, thereby guiding the tightening margin (the end point of the degree of tightening) of the bolt 25. , in that sense, it is not limited to the protruding form as shown in the figure. for example,
It is also possible to bend the fixture A into an L-shape or the like from the flat corner surface 20, and in any case, the work efficiency is improved by its installation. It is preferable that the bolt 25 has a hexagonal head with an overhanging flange as shown in the figure.

Using the fixture A configured as above,
When assembling the shelf S to the angle support P,
As shown in Fig. 8, the angle support P is superimposed on the corner of the shelf S from the outside, and the fixing bracket A is also superimposed from the inside. The engaged holes 22 are engaged with the protrusions 17 protruding from both vertical side surfaces 15 of the shelf S, and the support pieces 23 of the fixture A are similarly engaged with the lower edge of the shelf S. Then, the screw hole 21 of the fixing bracket A and the hole 12 of the angle support P
Then, one bolt 25 is screwed into the screw hole 21 from the outside through the hole 12 and the notch 16 of the shelf S, and then tightened.

Then, as shown in FIGS. 9 to 13, both vertical sides 15 of the shelf S will be attached to the fixing fittings A that fit there.
At the same time, both the engaging holes 22 of the fixture A and the protrusions 17 of the shelf S are pressed from both the inside and outside sides by the vertical plate surfaces 19 of the angle support P and the bent pieces 13 of the angle support P. While the two support pieces 23 of the fixture A support both vertical side surfaces 15 of the shelf S from below, the shelf S will be unstable or distorted from any direction. The angle pillar P is assembled and fixed to the angle pillar P in a stable and robust state as a whole. It will be further improved.

As described above, in the present invention, the corner of the shelf S, which is rectangular in plan view, is used as the fixing fitting A for assembling the corner of the shelf S to the angle support P from the outside with one bolt 25. With respect to both vertical side surfaces 15 that intersect with each other at right angles, the corner portions of both vertical plate surfaces 19, which form a generally doglegged shape in plan view and can be fitted from the inside, are bent into a doglegged shape. Flat corner surface 1 of post P
The flat corner surface 20 is defined as a flat corner surface 20 corresponding to 1, and a bolt 25 opened in the corner surface 11 of the angle support P is attached to the flat corner surface 20.
A screw hole 21 for screwing in the bolt 25 corresponding to the receiving hole 12 is provided, and a pair of upper and lower protrusions 24 for guiding the tightening margin of the bolt 25 are provided facing each other so as to sandwich the screw hole 21. Similarly, from both left and right ends of both vertical plate surfaces 19, there are a pair of support pieces that support both vertical side surfaces 15 of shelf board S from below and at the same time lock both left and right ends of angle support P so as to sandwich them from the lateral direction. 23, and similarly, in the middle of both vertical plate surfaces 19, protrusions 1 are cut inward from both vertical side surfaces 15 of the shelf S.
Since the left and right pair of engagement holes 22 that engage with the bolts 7 are opened, the shelf board S can be easily assembled to the support column P with a single bolt 25. After assembly, the shelf board S can be rationally prevented from being misaligned, rattled, distorted, etc. in the vertical and horizontal directions, as well as in the horizontal and vertical directions, using the fixing fittings A. When properly assembled, it can be fixed and maintained extremely stably and robustly, and has excellent durability.
This is useful for solving the contradictory problems of the prior art mentioned at the beginning.

That is, both vertical plate surfaces 1 of the fixture A according to the present invention
9 is formed with an engagement hole 22 for engagement with a protrusion 17 extending inward from both vertical side surfaces 15 of the shelf S, and from the lower edges of both left and right ends of both vertical plate surfaces 19, a shelf is formed. Since the pair of support pieces 23 that support both vertical sides 15 of the plate S from below are also bent,
As is clear from FIG. 8, the fixing fittings A can be maintained in a stable temporary fixed state without fear of falling inward of the shelf S, and the shelf S
Since it is only necessary to overlap the angle support P from the outside, assembly work can be carried out extremely easily.

Moreover, the pair of left and right support pieces 23 bent out from the fixing fitting A do not only support both vertical sides 15 of the shelf board S from below, but also support the two bent support pieces 23 located at both left and right ends of the angle support P. Piece 13,
Since it is designed to lock with both bent pieces 13 as if sandwiched from the width direction (horizontal direction), the bolt receiving hole 12 of the angle support P and the bolt of the fixing bracket A are connected during the above-mentioned assembly process. Screw hole 2

Then, the matched blank hole 12 and screw hole 21
On the other hand, if one bolt 25 is screwed in from the outside and tightened, the shelf board S will be pinched from both the inside and outside by the fixing fittings A and the angle support P. Of course, the shelf S is in a pre-assembled state with the fixing fittings A, and the shelf S
At the same time that both protrusions 17 and both engaging holes 22 of the fixture A are engaged, both support pieces 23 of the fixture A support both vertical side surfaces 15 of the shelf S from below. As a result, both of them are regulated as a correct relational state that does not cause misalignment, wobbling, distortion deformation, etc. along the vertical and vertical directions and the horizontal and horizontal directions.

On the other hand, such a fixture A is an angle support P.
In relation to this, the pair of left and right support pieces 23 lock both left and right ends of the column P from the lateral direction, so even in the relationship with the column P, there is no possibility of vibration or misalignment. Therefore, in order to maintain the horizontality of the shelf S, there is no need to provide dangerous sawtooth notches on the double bent pieces 13 of the angle support P for supporting the shelf. This is because even though the shelf S is assembled to the support P with a single bolt 25, an extremely stable and robust assembly and fixation state can be achieved as a whole.

Furthermore, the corners of the fixture A and the corners of the angle support P are respectively set as flat corner surfaces 20 and 11 that correspond to each other, and the corner surface 20 of the fixture A has the above-mentioned flat corner surfaces 20 and 11, respectively. In addition to the screw hole 21 for screwing in the bolt, a protrusion 24 that faces as a pair of upper and lower parts sandwiching the hole is also protruded outward, and when the bolt 25 is tightened,
It abuts against the flat corner surface 11 of the angle support P from the inside in a manner that appears to be taut, thereby guiding the tightening margin (the end point of the degree of tightening) of the bolt 25.

Therefore, in combination with the fact that the convex elements 24 for guiding the tightening margin are arranged as an upper and lower pair facing each other with the screw hole 21 in between, it is possible to always screw the bolt 25 into the screw hole 21 correctly and stably. This prevents damage to the threaded surface, and also prevents the horizontality of the fixing fittings A relative to the column P due to over-tightening of the bolts 25, or the possibility of the shelf board S becoming unbalanced due to insufficient tightening. This also has the effect of reliably preventing rattling.
