A priority storage file that determines and stores the priority in advance, and a job priority setting that extracts the priority corresponding to the user ID of the submitted job from this priority storage file and sets this priority to the job. The job priority setting program is configured to execute the job based on the priority (P priority) set for the job by the job priority setting program.

However, when viewed on a user-by-user basis, jobs that are executed often show the same tendency depending on the user, and it is possible to distinguish between jobs that use computer resources effectively and jobs that do not. Therefore, from the standpoint of computer system administrators, it is required to operate the computer system efficiently by setting a difference between the priority of jobs that use computer resources effectively and the priorities of other jobs. .

In addition, by determining a high priority for a specific user based on policy and storing it in advance in the priority storage file 3, a high priority is automatically set for the input user and the job is executed. It is also possible to have it performed preferentially.
