Abstract

PURPOSE:To let a leakage of water out of a cooling machine of a computer quickly flow out by attracting a shielding body to a perforated plate bottom part by a magnet usually, closing an upper opening of a perforated plate receiving frame, and when the water has flowed in, having the shielding body dropped and opening the upper opening of the perforated plate receiving frame. CONSTITUTION:A sheetlike magnet 18 is stuck on a rim 17 of a shielding body 9, and in a normal service state, this shielding body 9 is attracted to the bottom of a perforated plate 7 or a projection at the lower part, and an upper opening of a perforated plate receiving frame 5 is made to come into a state of being closed. When water flows in the inner part or the upper part of the shielding body 9 and it has exceeded a constant water level, the shielding body 9 is separated from the perforated plate 7 and dropped by water weight, whereby it is engaged with a shielding body receiver 14. In this state, the upper opening if the perforated plate receiving frame 5 is opened and interconnected to drain ports 12, 12a, thus collected water is made to flow out of these ports. With this constitution, at usual time, air pressure in a computer room is maintained as it is, so that any inundation into a computer is preventable at time of emergency when a leakage of water out of a cooling machine of this computer has occurred.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Object of the Invention] 1. Kurigami Nagibu■ The present invention provides a water-cooled system for use in a room where a water supply pipe is installed on the wall and where a drain port is not normally installed, such as a computer room. This relates to a floor drain fitting that drains water leakage caused by problems with the cooling engine when a computer is installed.

Most of the computers currently used in the computer room are air-cooled, but due to the lack of data capacity of computers in the future, when new computers are introduced, the air-cooled As the computers in the combi-standers become larger, there is a risk that they will not be able to be accommodated in the computer room.

Therefore, in order to solve this situation, we introduced a water-cooled computer and connected the water supply pipe installed on the wall to the computer's cooling engine, thereby reducing the space occupied by the cooling engine by one room. Therefore, it is thought that there will be an increase in the number of new constructions, extensions, and renovations of computer rooms that assume the introduction of water-cooled computers. It becomes necessary to install a floor drain port in the floor to drain water leakage from the cooling engine in case of an emergency such as a crack occurring in a water supply pipe or the like in the cooling engine.

However, floor drains generally have perforated plates facing the floor and road surfaces, and a perforated plate holder that receives the perforated plate has a metal fitting buried under the floor, and the perforated plate holder connects the metal fitting and the drainage branch pipe. connect,
The drainage branch pipe and the drainage branch pipe connected to other floor drains buried in the adjacent room etc. are merged and connected to the main drainage pipe, so the floor drain can be used in the computer room mentioned above. That is not possible.

This is because computer rooms are generally kept at +5% relative to atmospheric pressure in order to keep the interior of the room clean.
Since the air pressure is maintained at u~+l□nAq to prevent dirt and dust from entering from outside, when the above-mentioned floor drain is installed on the floor, the floor drain is installed through the perforated plate. If the drain pipe is always open and the drain branch pipe is in communication with other floor drains buried in adjacent rooms, the air pressure in the room cannot be maintained, making it impossible to maintain an environment suitable for a computer room. There isn't.

A predetermined amount of water is stored at the bottom of the floor drain hole like an S-type trap. There are some types of air conditioners, but these types can maintain a specified air pressure indoors.
Since water evaporates, it has the disadvantage that it cannot fulfill its original purpose after long-term use.

In view of the above, the present invention has a drainage port formed in the side wall of a cylindrical perforated plate receiving frame in which a perforated plate is fitted into the upper opening, and a shield receiving portion is provided below the drain port. A shield formed with a concave portion is attracted to the bottom of the perforated plate by a magnet to close the upper opening, and when a predetermined amount of water accumulates in the shield, the closed state of the upper opening is released and the upper opening is closed. A shield is housed in a perforated plate receiving frame so as to communicate with the drain port, and a drainage port is formed in the side wall of a cylindrical perforated plate receiving frame with a perforated plate fitted in the upper opening. A shield receiver is provided at the lower part of the mouth, and a convex part is provided at the upper part, and the shield is attracted to the convex part by a magnet to close the upper opening. A shield is built into the perforated tray frame, or formed on the side wall of the perforated tray frame, so that the upper opening is released from the closed state when a predetermined amount of water has accumulated, thereby communicating the upper opening with the drain port. An attempt has been made to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks by providing a floor drain fitting in which a convex part slopes downward in the upper part of the drain outlet, and a concave part is formed in the shielding body. be.

In normal use, the shielding body is attracted to the bottom of the perforated plate or the convex portion below the perforated plate to close the upper opening of the perforated plate holder frame, and water does not enter the inside of the shielding body or When the water flows into the upper part and accumulates above a predetermined water level, the pressure generated by the weight of the water causes the shield to separate from the bottom of the perforated plate, fall, and be hooked to the shield receiving part, and in this state, the upper opening of the perforated plate holder frame is opened. The part is opened and communicates with the drain, from which the water flows out.
