スナー片を備え、患者の胸壁に巻回して装着し得
る緊締ベルト、(ロ)適当な幅および長さの硬質材
で造られ、上面には上記ベルベツト式フアスナー
の他方のフアスナー片を備え、上記緊締ベルトの
両端部を係脱自在に係着固定する固定保持板、(
ハ)該固定保持板の上面中央部に固設した支持部
材に上下方向に回転自在に支持させて配設した歯
車、(ニ)該歯車と所定の間隔を存して上記支持部
材に上下方向に回転自在に支持させて配設した案
内ローラー、(ホ)適当な長さに形成したラツクの
下端に押圧体を固設して成り、上記固定保持板に
開設した挿通孔を貫通してラツクの歯部を上記歯
車と噛合させると共にラツクの後面を上記案内ロ
ーラーに摺接して配設した胸骨圧迫用作動体、(
ヘ)上記歯車を正逆方向へ回転駆動し得るように
構成したモータ、とを備え、 上記モータで上記歯車を正逆回転させることに
より上記胸骨圧迫用作動体を上下方向に移動させ
