発明が解決しようとする課題

ためと、上蓋6と中蓋2を超音波溶着するために、中蓋
2の排気孔Bの外面B゛より高い位置に土手〇を設けて
いるが、スボンージ5の抑圧前は土手Cの高さよりも倍
以上厚いため土手Cにのり上げて装着してしまう可能性
がある。そして、この状態で上蓋6を中蓋2に超音波溶
着すると適切な弁機能を得るこさが出来ない結果となっ
