熱交換器とを択一的に接続する第１の切換え弁と
、 前記第１の水熱交換器に接続する第２の水熱交
換器を有する室内側ヒートポンプと、 前記第２の水熱交換器に前記第１の水熱交換器
と並列に接続する第３の水熱交換器を有するセン
ターヒートポンプと、 前記第１の水熱交換器及び前記第３の水熱交換
器と前記第２の水熱交換器との間で熱源水を循環
させる循環ポンプと、 前記第２の水熱交換器に前記第１の水熱交換器
