Scissors are a common household barber tool, but they are used to hold hair between your fingers and cut the hair that comes out between your fingers. However, since the hair slips out between the scissors, it requires considerable skill to cut the hair straight. On the other hand, there is a hair cutter that has been provided as a household barber tool in the past, and is equipped with a blade consisting of a comb-shaped fixed blade and a movable blade. In this case, hairdressing is much easier than using scissors, and it is also relatively easy to cut the hair straight.

Therefore, the present invention provides a main body having a blade at its tip consisting of a comb-shaped fixed blade and a movable blade that are in sliding contact with each other and a drive means for the blade, and a cutting edge of the blade attached to the main body at the tip of the main body. It is characterized in that it includes a hair holding member facing substantially parallel to each other, so that the cutting edge of the blade and the hair holding member can freely come into contact with and separate from each other. [Function] According to the present invention, if the tip of the hair is inserted into the space between the cutting edge of the blade and the hair holding member facing it, and the blade and the hair holding member are brought close to each other, the hair will be held. The blade cuts while being pressed onto the member, so the blade edge does not come into contact with the skin. "Embodiments" The present invention will be described in detail below based on illustrated embodiments. This hair cutter has a blade block 2 disposed at the tip of a main body 1, and a hair holding member 3 disposed on the lower surface side of the main body 1. First, the main body 1 will be explained. The housing is made up of an upper housing 11 and a lower housing 12 that are connected by a single screw as shown in FIG. 4, and a motor 5 is disposed inside as shown in FIGS. At the same time, a slider 4 is disposed so as to be slidable back and forth, and a rotating body 6 is further disposed in the rear part. A battery storage section covered with a battery cover 13 is provided near the rear of the lower surface of the main body 1. The blade block 2, which is removably attached to the front end of the main body 1, includes a base plate 20, a fixed blade 21 fixed to the inner surface of the base plate 20, and a movable blade block 2 that is slidable relative to the fixed blade 2. It consists of a blade 22, a spring (not shown) that biases the movable blade 22 toward the fixed blade 2, and a cam 23 fixed to the movable blade 22, which connects one end of the board 20 to the upper housing 11. The locking springs 25, 25 shown in FIG.
It is attached to the main body by locking it to the body. When the motor 5 is removed in this way, the eccentric shaft 52 protruding from the joint 51 fixed to the output shaft facing the front side of the motor 5 engages with the longitudinal groove of the cam 23. As the motor 5 rotates, the movable blade 2
1 is driven back and forth. The blade block 2 is arranged at an angle θ of approximately 50 to 90 degrees with respect to the longitudinal direction of the main body 1, so that visual confirmation when cutting hair is facilitated. A slider 4 that is slidably disposed inside the main body 1 is attached so as to straddle the motor 5, and a switch handle 4 exposed on one side of the main body 1 is attached to the side of the slider 4.
1 and a pair of locking protrusions 42, 42 protruding from both sides of the main body 1, and a click spring 43 protruding forward in the center, and further toward one side, a pair of locking protrusions 42, 42 protruding from both sides of the main body 1. As shown in the figure, a protruding piece 44 is provided which protrudes rearward and to which the switch spring 70 is fixed on the lower surface. The click spring 43 engages with a click protrusion 15 in the shape of a figure 8 as shown in FIG. Give. Note that the click protrusion 15 here is formed as a rib whose tip touches the side surface of the motor 5 to prevent the motor 5 from rattling. The rotating body 6 arranged in the rear part of the main body 1 is rotatable by having a shaft part 60, which has connecting parts 62, 62 formed at both ends thereof, supported by upper and lower housings 11, 12. The upper housing 11 is biased counterclockwise in FIG. 2 by a spring 65 disposed between the inner surface of the upper housing 11 and the inner surface of the upper housing 11. The connecting portions 62 located on the outer surface sides of both rear side surfaces of the main body 1 are connected to the hair holding member 3, which will be described later, and are connected to a click spring 63.
A bearing groove 65 is provided. In the figure, 64 indicates this connecting portion 62.
This is a tapered surface provided on the outer peripheral edge of the bearing groove 65 and the inner peripheral edge of the bearing groove 65. The battery storage section provided so as to protrude downward toward the rear of the lower surface of the main body 1 is covered by the battery cover 13 as described above. A notch 16 is provided in the side wall of the battery storage section, and the battery 7 can be opened with the battery cover 13 removed.
The notch 16 makes it easy to attach and detach. Reference numeral 71 in FIG. 4 is a switch board that is attached to the lower housing 12 so as to be slidable up and down, and that moves up and down as the rotating body 6 rotates by engaging with a protrusion 61 provided on the rotating body 6. , 72 is a switch spring attached to this switch board 71, and controls conduction between a cathode terminal 76 connected to the cathode of the motor 5 and the switch contact plate 73. On the other hand, as the slider 4 moves back and forth, the switch spring 70 attached to the slider 4 establishes continuity between the cathode fitting 74 connected to the negative electrode of the battery 7 and the switch contact plate 73, and the cathode fitting 74 and the cathode terminal. 76. The anode of the motor 5 and the positive electrode of the battery 7 are connected by an anode fitting 75.
The circuit diagram is shown in FIG. 23. The switch spring 70 constitutes the main switch SW1 in the figure, and the switch spring 72 constitutes the interlocking switch SW2. Next, the hair holding member 3 will be explained. The hair holding member here is formed so that its cross section is U-shaped, and connecting portions 36 are provided at the rear ends of both side walls.
.. 36, and there is a partition 32 near the front of the bottom wall that connects both side walls, and the thickness a is considerably smaller than the height b at the tip edge of the bottom wall, as shown in FIG. It has a structure 31 with rows of teeth, and further has an anti-slip rib 33 and an anti-slip protrusion 34 on the lower surface side. As shown in FIG. 5, L-shaped lock grooves 35 are provided on the inner surfaces of both side walls into which the lower part of the main body 1 is fitted. The pair of connecting portions 36.36 facing each other are rotatably connected to the connecting portions 62.62 of the rotating body 6, and are connected to the cylindrical shaft 38 received in the bearing groove 65 of the connecting portion 62. , the click protrusion 37 that engages with the click spring 63, and further abuts against the side wall of the connecting portion 62 in FIGS. 11 and 1.
The engagement wall 3A shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 17 is provided. When the engaging wall 3A is in contact with the side wall of the connecting portion 62 and the click protrusion 37 is engaged with the click spring 63, the rotating body 6 and the hair holding member 3 rotate together. The rotating body 6 is biased against the hair holding member 3 by the spring 65 as well. In this hair cutter, when the slide switch 41 is positioned at the rearmost position, the main switch SW is turned off, and when the slide switch 41 is moved rearward, the main switch SW is turned off. If the hair holding member 3 is rotated against the spring 65 so that the lower part of the main body 1 fits into the hair holding member 6, the locking protrusion 42 that moves together with the slide switch 41 will lock the hair holding member 3. Since it fits into the lock groove 35 on the inner surface, the above state is maintained as shown in FIGS. 9 to 12. In this state, the cutting edges of the comb-shaped fixed blade 21 and movable blade 22 in the blade block 2 are covered by the structure 31 at the tip of the hair holding member 3, thereby protecting the cutting edges. Note that the lower part of the main body 1 may be fitted into the hair holding member 3 by first moving the slide switch 41 to the rear side and then rotating the hair holding member 3 against the spring 65. , because the locking protrusion 42 engages with the locking groove 35 due to elastic deformation of both side walls of the hair holding member 3.
The situation is the same as in the above case. Now, if the slide switch 41 is slid forward one step from this state, the locking protrusion 42 will move forward together with the slide switch 41 and be pulled out of the locking groove 35 by being biased by the spring 65. As the rotating body 6 rotates until it comes into contact with the inner surface of the lower housing 12, the hair holding member 3 also rotates, and as shown in FIGS. is almost 15
Open until it forms an angle of °. Incidentally, at this point, both side walls of the hair holding member 3 are in a position overlapping the main body 1, and there is no possibility that fingers will be caught between them. At this time, the main switch SW is connected to the cathode metal fitting 74.
A state is established in which conduction is established between the switch contact plate 73 and the switch contact plate 73. However, due to the rotation of the rotating body 6, the interlocking switch S
Since W2 is turned off, the motor 5 does not rotate in this state. Normal hair cutting is done in this state. That is, hold the main body] and the hair holding member 3 by placing your thumb on the recess J4 on the upper surface of the main body 1, and insert the cutting edge of the blade consisting of the fixed blade 21 and the movable blade 22 through the required gap between the cutting edges. As shown in FIG. 19, hair to be cut is introduced between the hair holding member 3 and the hair holding member 3, which is in a facing state.
When the hair holding member 3 is rotated with respect to the main body 1 against the spring 65 by grasping the hair holding member 3, the interlocking switch SW is turned on and the motor 5 rotates and becomes movable. The blade 22 is moved back and forth, and the hair that is caught between the blade tips approaching each other and the hair holding part N3 is cut by the blade, and the space in front of the battery storage part protruding from the bottom surface of the main body 1, In other words, cut hair and hair debris accumulate in the hair debris storage section 30 between the partition 32 and the shelf 31 in the hair holding member 3. Although the comb-shaped fixed blade 21 and the movable blade 22 are used to cut the hair, it is possible to cut the hair as if using scissors. The reason why the tip side of the hair holding member 3 draws a smooth curve and is an oblique surface approaching the main body 1 side is to match the curved surface shape of the large collar. It can be easily introduced between the cutting edge and the hair holding member 3. To explain in more detail the above-mentioned hair cutting state, the fixed blade 21 and the movable blade 22 in the blade block 2 are
As is clear from Figure 1, the cutting edge of the fixed blade 21 is more protruding than the cutting edge of the movable blade 22, and if this step dimension is d, then the shelf 31 is larger than this step. Since the fixed blade 2J is provided to protrude toward the blade side by a height C, when the tip of the fixed blade 2J contacts the root side of the shelf 31 of the hair holding member 3 at an angle α of approximately 70 to 90 degrees, the shelf 31 is superimposed on the cutting edge of the fixed blade 31 and the cutting edge of the movable blade 32, so that the hair is reliably cut at that position without escaping or curling.6Therefore, the hair can be straightened. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 19(a), if an indicator 28 indicating the cutting position is provided on the side of the hair holding member 3, it will be easier to cut the hair in alignment. becomes. If the angle α is less than 70°, the movable blade 22 may slip on the hair, making it difficult to cut the hair well. In addition, the sliding D-shaped protrusion 34 provided at the rear end of the hair holding member 3 facilitates secure holding and prevents the hair holding member 3 from rotating in the hand or dropping. −, to prevent such situations from occurring. When the slide switch 41 is moved further forward, the main switch SWl establishes conduction between the cathode metal fitting 74 and the cathode terminal 76 and bypasses the interlock switch SW2, so that the motor 5 operates regardless of whether the interlock switch SW2 is on or off. , continues to rotate constantly. This is mainly used when cutting hair without using the hair holding member 3, which will be described below. That is, if the hair holding member 3 is moved in the direction of further opening with respect to the main body 1 against the engagement between the click protrusion 37 and the click spring 63 of the rotating body 6, the above-mentioned engagement with the rotating body 6 is removed. The hair holding member 3, which has been removed, opens until its rear end surface contacts the stopper 18 provided on the main body 1, that is, the hair holding member 3 is opened at an angle of approximately 120° with respect to the main body 1, as shown in FIG. By utilizing this state, as shown in FIG. 22, it is possible to perform a cut in a place where the presence of the hair holding member 3 would be an obstacle, for example, around the ears. Note that the mutual connection portion 62 between the rotating body 6 and the hair holding member 3
.. The tapered surfaces 64 and 39 formed on the hair holding member 3 are opposed to each other when the hair holding member 3 is in a wide open state, and when a strong force is applied to the hair holding member 3, the tapered surfaces 64 and 39 are separated from the main body 1. To allow a hair holding member 6 to easily come off. This prevents the hair holding member 3 and the connecting portions 62, 36 from being damaged due to overload. As shown in FIG. 18, the battery 7 can be easily replaced by leaving the hair holding member 3 in a wide open state, without the hair holding member 3 getting in the way, and due to the presence of the notch 16. It can be carried out. Furthermore, as is clear from this figure, since the battery cover 13 overlaps the main body 1 to a large extent, hair debris overflowing from the hair debris storage section 30 of the hair holding member 3 enters the battery storage section. There is no such thing. The pinching part 31 provided at the tip edge of the hair holding member 3 is shown in FIG.
As shown in (a), it is preferable to have a row of flat teeth in order to ensure hair retention, but it is also possible to have a row of round teeth as shown in (b) of the same figure. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 3(c), a wedge-shaped raised part 31' may be provided instead of the raised part 31. 25 to 27 show the other side of the hair holding member 3, in which the hair holding member 3 is composed of two members 3a and 3b,
The two are rotatably connected, and a torsion coil spring 80 biases the front body 3b in the opening direction with respect to the rear body 3a, and a slide lever 81 provided on the lower surface of the rear body 3b is used to open the rear body 3b as shown in FIG. Both members 3a shown in (a),
It is possible to maintain the state in which 3b is lined up. In FIG. 26, 82 is a shaft portion to which the torsion coil spring 80 is attached, and 83 is a slide guide rib. In this device, when the slide lever 81 is pulled after finishing hair cutting, the front body 3b opens under the force of the torsion coil spring 80, and the hair waste accumulated in the hair waste storage section 30 is discharged. 6. If at least the part of the hair holding member 3 surrounding the hair debris storage section 30 is made transparent or semitransparent, or if a transparent window is provided, the amount of accumulated hair can be clearly seen. can be identified. Other embodiments are shown in FIGS. 28 and 29. The hair holding member 3 is shaped like a boat, the lower part of the main body 1 is fitted into the hair holding member 3, and the two are further connected by links 90 and 90, so that the main body 1 can freely move back and forth with respect to the hair holding member 3. This is how it was done. Even in this case,
Similarly to the structure in which the main body 1 and the hair holding member 3 are rotatably connected, hair can be cut reliably. In particular, since the height of the cutting edge does not fluctuate relative to the targeted position,
It is possible to reliably cut at a desired position. Third
As shown in FIGS. 0 and 31, a guide groove 92 is formed on the inner wall of the hair holding member 3, and a convex portion 91 that slides in the guide groove 92 is provided on the side surface of the main body 1, so that the hair holding member The main body 1 may be able to move back and forth relative to the main body 3. In this case, as shown in FIG. 32, if a return spring 93 is interposed between the main body 1 and the partition 32 of the hair holding member 3, the usability will be further improved. Further, as shown in FIGS. 33 and 34, the blade block 2 is slidably attached to the main body 1, and the blade block 2
By sliding the blade edge to the hair holding member 3
It can also be moved closer to the side. FIG. 35 and subsequent figures show still another embodiment. This basically has the same construction as the first embodiment, but differs in that a hand spring 26 is provided. The hand spring 26 here has a U-shape and has bent portions 27.27 at both ends, and the re-pressed portions 27.27 are fitted into elongated holes 29 provided on the side surface of the main body 1. By doing so, the blade is attached to the main body 1 so that the center portion is located in front of the cutting edge of the blade. Now, in order to cut hair, as shown in FIG. As the holding member 3 is brought closer, as shown in FIG. 39, the hand-pressing spring 26 presses the hair against the hair holding member 3 side before the cutting edge, eliminating the shifting movement of the hair, and then further pushing the cutting edge. When brought close to the hair holding member 3 side, the hand spring 26 contracts by bending its bent portion 27 as shown in FIG. The hair that is prevented from moving by the pressure applied by 26 is cut.

As described above, in the present invention, there is provided a main body which is provided with a blade consisting of a comb-shaped fixed blade and a movable blade in sliding contact with each other at the tip and is provided with a drive means for the blade, and a blade which is attached to the main body and is provided at the tip of the main body. The hair holding member faces substantially parallel to the cutting edge of the blade, and is characterized in that the cutting edge of the blade and the hair holding member can freely come into contact with and separate from each other. Guide the hair into the space between the parts,
When the blade and the hair holding member are brought into contact, the hair is cut with the blade while being pressed onto the hair holding member, and the hair holding member is located between the blade tip and the skin. Therefore, the cutting edge does not come into contact with the skin, so it can be safely used even on young children, and hair can be reliably cut straight.
