金属板5の複数個の孔を介して同樹脂成形にてコ
ア本体6とともにインサート成形される。磁気シ
ート1は弾性体ワツシヤ8を介してコアキヤツプ
7により歪みなく挾持させる。そして前記各構成
部品を第1図に示すように組立て、センターコア
bとして一体化せしめるため、コアキヤツプ7に
一体成形された凸部dとコア本体6に設けられた
平滑部eとを超音波溶着にて固定せしめ、磁気シ
ート1を継続的に且つ弾性的に圧締挾持せしめよ
うとするものである。

場合、磁気シート1のみの交換は不可能である。
したがつてその都度センターコアb付磁気デイス
クaを新たに用いることとなり、センターコアb
を捨てざるを得ず前述構成部品とその組立工数が
無駄な費用となる。また超音波溶着といつた工程
が不可欠であるといつた問題があつた。

で成りコア本体6との係止を目的とした複数個の
レ字状の爪12をコア本体6の複数個の係止孔1
