本発明は、建設機械の実稼動状態を検出する方
法に関する。 パワーシヨベル等の建設機械は、各アクチユエ
ータ(油シリンダ、油圧モータ等)の作動順序に
よつて決定される複数種の作業を行ない、たとえ
ば上記パワーシヨベルにあつては、掘削、法面仕
上げ等の各種の作業を行なう。 かかる建設機械の保守点検や稼動管理(現場に
投入する建設機械の台数等)等を適正かつ合理的
に行なうためには、該建設機械の実稼動状態を示
す個々の作業についての実行回数および累積実行
時間を把握する必要があり、そのため従来、上記
実稼動状態を検出する方法が望まれていた。 本発明の目的は、かかる状況に鑑み、上記建設
機械が実行する各種の作業についての実行回数お
よび累積実行時間を検出する方法を提供すること
にある。 そのため本発明では、建設機械が行なう複数種
の作業に対応した各アクチユエータの動作順序を
予め記憶手段に記憶させておき、上記各アクチユ
エータの実際の動作順序と上記記憶させた動作順
序とを比較照合して上記建設機械が実行した作業
を判定し、判定された作業についての実行回数を
検出するようにしている。 また上記比較照合が開始されてから作業の判定
が終了するまでの時間を計時し、この計時した時
間を上記判定された作業について累算するように
している。 以下、図面を参照しながら本発明を詳細に説明
する。 第1図は、本発明に係る方法を実施するための
装置の一例を示すブロツク図である。 同図に示す指令レバー11,12,…1mは、パ
ワーシヨベルのブーム、アーム、バケツト等を作
動させるアクチユエータに作動指令を与えるもの
であり、またレバー操作検出センサ21,22,…
2mは、上記各レバーが操作されたことを各別に
検出するリミツトスイツチである。 しかして上記各レバー11,12,…1mの操作
に伴つて、各アクチユエータは下記に例示する

記各動作の組合せおよび順序を変えれば、パワー
シヨベルは異なる作業を実行し、たとえば上記各
動作がA8→A2→A4→A6→A1→A7→A3→A5とい
う順序で行なわれた場合、パワーシヨベルは掘削
捨土作業を実行し、またA1→A3→A5→A4→A2
A6という態様で順次動作が行なわれた場合、パ
ワーシヨベルは法面作業を実行する。 なお上記動作の順序を、、…で示せば、
上記動作A1、A2、…Amと上記掘削捨土作業、
法面作業等の作業J1、J2、…Jnとの関係は下表の
ように示される。
