本考案はたとえば電子複写機の感光体ドラム等

変化や変質を起す。このため、従来では、冷却機
構を設け、機内に外気をとり入れて機内、特に感
光体を冷却することが行なわれている。

像にぼけやかぶりを生じる。そこで、外気のとり
入れ口に集塵フイルタを設けてこれら汚染源を除
去するようにしているが、フイルタの目づまりに
よる持続性の低下および圧力損失による冷却効果
の低下あるいはコストアツプ等種々の問題があ
る。

るようにした記録装置における冷却機構を提供す

説明する。図中1は記録装置としての電子複写機
の筐体で、この内部には静電潜像形成ドラムとし
ての感光体ドラム2が後述する原稿台6および底
板7とにより包囲部材を構成する1対のサイドフ
レーム3,4間に回転自在に架設されている。こ
の感光体ドラム2はその外壁面に静電潜像を形成
するための感光面5を有しており、これは筐体1
上面に設けられた原稿台6、筐体1底面に設けら
れた底板7および上記1対のサイドフレーム3,
4等によつてとり囲まれている。また、感光体ド
ラム2の一端開口部8はサイドフレーム3から突
出し、送風手段としての送風フアン9を介して筐
体1の一側に形成された吸気口10に対向してい
る。また、感光体ドラム2の他端開口部11はサ
イドフレーム4から突出し、筐体1の他側に形成
された排気口12に対向している。さらに、感光
体ドラム2とサイドフレーム3,4との間隙は小
さくしてあり、しかもその間隙には発泡ウレタン
等よりなるシールド材13が設けられている。そ
して、上記送風フアン9により上記吸気口10か
らとり入れた外気を感光体ドラム2の内部に通風
して上記排気口12から排出するとともに、感光
体ドラム2の感光面5には通風しないようになつ
ており、このようにして通風機構14が構成され
ている。
