て、オートクルーズ運転モード選択後の車速のピ
ーク値を検出するための検出手段と、前記検出ピ
ーク値をオートクルーズ運転時の目標運転速度と
して設定するための設定手段とを備えるオートク
ルーズ装置。 (2) オートクルーズ運転解除時から、所定時間
内に所定の加速運転が行われたときにオートクル
ーズ運転を再開する請求項１記載のオートクルー
