Claims (1)
ングした粉粒体サンプルを空気と分離して捕集す
るサイクロンと、傾斜して設けられ捕集されたサ
ンプルを下側の壁に沿わせて下方に運搬する運搬
管と、運搬管の出口に配置され運搬されてきたサ
ンプルを所定量ずつ切出して、オンライン管にサ
ンプルを戻す輸送管に供給する供給手段とを備え
、運搬管には運搬されるサンプルを一層にならす
層厚調節手段が設けられ、層厚調節手段下方の運
搬管の下側には運搬管内のサンプルを撮影するた
めのテレビカメラが、及び下側、上側の少なくと
も一方側にはサンプルを照らすためのストロボが
それぞれ運搬管に沿つて設けられ、運搬管はテレ
ビカメラ及びストロボに面する部分が透明であり
