Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the effluence of polluted waste water to rivers by constituting the above method and device of a stage for separating the waste carried into the device to combustible materials non-combustible materials and waste water and a stage for incinerating the combustible materials and evaporating the waste liquid by utilizing the combustion heat thereof. CONSTITUTION:The waste is first carried into a collecting field 1. This waste is then separated to materials 3 which burn, waste oil, etc., 7, and materials 4 which do not burn (e.g.: metals, sludge, glass etc.) in the sepn. stage 2. These materials are respectively stored. The materials 4 which do not burn are carried to a covering treatment field 5 and is subjected to a covering treatment. On the other hand, the materials 3 which burn are carried to an incineration furnace 6 and are incinerated. The cinders are carried to the covering treatment field 5 and are subjected to the covering treatment. The waste oil, etc., 7, the polluted waste water 8a of the covering treatment field 8, and the scrubbing waste water 8 produced after scrubbing of the stack gas of the incineration furnace 6 are introduced into an evaporator 9 attached to the furnace 6 and are subjected to an evaporation treatment by the incineration heat generated from the furnace 6. Further, the cinders discharged from the furnace 6 are carried to the treatment field 5 and are treated. The effluence of the polluted water to the rivers is thus prevented.

2. At a treatment plant where waste is deposited and treated using the soil covering method by taking advantage of the topography, steps are formed on the ground surface, and rainwater drains are placed around each step, and these rainwater drains are deepened to make the ground surface impermeable. Then, when the surface of the waste and covering soil reaches the rainwater drainage ditch, the rainwater drainage ditch is blocked, and the following steps are repeated in order, and the surface of the waste and covering soil is covered with a waterproof sheet.
A waste treatment device configured so that the rainwater that falls on the tarpaulin sheet flows into the unblocked rainwater drain, and the rainwater collected in the rainwater drain is drained directly into the river. .

Next, at the treatment plant, all rainwater is collected using tarpaulins and rainwater drains to prevent it from being contaminated with waste, so it can be discharged into rivers without any treatment, which is much easier than conventional methods. There is no need to install special equipment to treat rainwater contaminated with waste, and treatment costs can be reduced. This is particularly effective in the case of rainwater, which requires a large amount of treatment.
