Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 ［産業上の利用分野］ 本考案はバーチカルブラインド、ロールブライ
ンド等の操作コードに付設されるコードウエイト
の改良に関する。
［従来技術］ ブラインドコードに付設されるコードウエイト
はコードを掛け回す滑車を軸受けするケースと、
そのケースの内部に挿入される金属重錘からな
り、ケースの表面には適当な着色が施されてい
た。
［考案が解決しようとする問題点］ 近年、室内装飾上、ブラインドの片側において
上から吊り下がるコードウエイトがブラインドの
ルーバ又はスクリーンと共生地に見えることが要
望されるようになつた。そこで、ケースの着色を
ルーバ又はスクリーンと同色に着色することがな
されているが、多種多様なルーバやスクリーンに
合わせてケースを着色することは非常に困難であ
つた。
本考案は上記問題を解決しようとするものであ
り、その目的はブラインドのルーバ又はスクリー
ンの共生地をケースに直接取付けて外観がルーバ
又はスクリーンの共生地に見えるコードウエイト
を提供することにある。
［問題点を解決するための手段］ 前記目的を達成するため本考案の特徴とする手
段は、滑車を軸受けするケースをルーバ又はスク
リーンの共生地が添着し得るように形成したこと
にある。
ルーバのように生地が板状の場合は、ケースの
表面に溝の付いたさんを設けて、窓にガラスをは
めるように、ルーバと共生地の板材を挿入するこ
とが望ましい。又、スクリーンのように、生地が
柔軟なものは、金属重錘を入れるケースを透明樹
脂で製作し、金属金属重錘をスクリーンの共生地
で包んでケースに入れることが望ましい。
［作用］ 本考案のコードウエイトはケース外面にルーバ
と共生地の板材が窓ガラスのように挿入される
か、又は透明樹脂製のケースの内周面に金属重錘
を包んだスクリーンと共生地の布地が添着するか
ら、一見すると、コードウエイトはルーバ又はス
クリーンの共生地で被覆された外観を呈する。し
たがつて、コードウエイトはブラインドと調和し
違和感を全く与えない。
［効果］ 上記の通り、本考案のウエイトはルーバやスク
リーンの生地の一部をケースに添着するだけであ
るから、ルーバやスクリーンの生地が多種多様に
なつても、コードウエイトを常にルーバやスクリ
ーンと共生地の外装にすることができるという、
従来のものにはなかつた効果を有する。
［実施例］ 本考案のコードウエイトを図面に示す実施例に
基づいて説明する。
第１図に示すように、バーチカルブラインドの
コードウエイトはケース１０と、その上部に回転
自在に軸受けされてブラインドコード３０が掛け
回される滑車２０と、ケース１０の表面に添着さ
れたルーバと共生地の板材１２からなる。ケース
１０は偏平な直方体であり、前後に広い表面１４
を持ち、その表面の篭側縁と下縁に連続するさん
１６が形成される。さん１６の内側に溝１８が刻
まれ、その溝に沿つて矢印Ａで示すように板材１
２が挿入される。
第２図に示すように、ケース１０の横断面は溝
１８の付いたさん１６が形成された表面１４を長
辺とする長方形であり、内部に金属重錘２５が挿
入される。ケースが金属製の場合は内部に重錘を
入れる必要はない。
このコードウエイトをブラインドの上から吊り
下げると、その表面にはルーバと共生地の板材１
２が挿入されているので、外見はルーバと同一に
なり、ブラインド全体の外観がすつきりしたもの
になる。
第３図のコードウエイトは、ケース１０を透明
樹脂で筒状に形成し、スクリーンと共生地の布地
１２を巻き付けた金属重錘２５をケース１０の内
部に上から挿入し、ついで、ケース３０を掛け回
した滑車２０の軸をケース１０の上部の軸孔１１
にはめたものである。ケース１０は透明であるか
ら、コードウエイトの外観はスクリーンと同一で
あり、すつきりした感じを与える。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は本考案の一実施例のコードウエイトの
組立を示す斜視図、第２図は第１図のコードウエ
イトの横断面図、第３図は他の実施例の第１図に
相当する図である。 図において、符号１０はケース、１２は板材、
布地（装飾材）、１４は表面、１６はさん、１８
は溝、２０は滑車、３０はコードをそれぞれ示
す。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ コードを掛け回す滑車を軸受けするケース
    と、前記ケースに脱着自在に取付けられるブラ
    インドのルーバ又はスクリーンと共生地の装飾
    材からなるブラインドのコードウエイト。 ２ ケースの表面の両端縁に溝付きのさんが形成
    され、前記さんの溝に板状の装飾材が挿入され
    たことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項記載のブラインドのコードウエイト。 ３ 透明樹脂製の筒状体に形成されたケースに装
    飾材に巻かれた金属重錘が挿入されたことを特
    徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    ブラインドのコードウエイト。
