Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent temp. rise in a car due to solar beam in summer by installing rods parallelly at a certain spacing on the rear surface of a heat insulation sheet covered with Al, wherein the rods are arranged at right angles to the direction of advancing, and fixing suction cups to the four corners of the sheet. CONSTITUTION:A heat insulating sheet A consists of three layers, wherein the surface (a) of No.1 layer is formed by vacuum evaporation of aluminum (n) on a clear polyester film (f) so as to reflect the solar beam. Then No.2 layer b is formed by reinforcing the sheet A with tape cloth consisting of flat weave longitudinally and transversely of a flat yarn made of polypropylene or polyethylene. The rear surface C of No.3 layer consists of delustered polyester film, whose softness does not cause damage to a car body with eventual collision therewith. Rods 1 installed parallelly on the rear surface of the sheet A in such an arrangement as right across the direction of advancing consist of a soft plastic tube having resilience and are bent and elongated freely in well compliance with the shape of the car roof to produce voids between the sheet A and roof. The sheet A is fitted quickly to the car body with rubber suction cups 2 in conical form with shallow four corners of the sheet A.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, when installing or removing an arcuate rod from the roof of a car, there is a drawback that the archiform rod comes into contact with the vehicle body and causes damage. There are disadvantages in that not only two operations are required to attach the cover on top, but also a volume is required to fold and store the bow-shaped rod.

本発明はこれらの欠点を解消することを目的とする。The present invention aims to eliminate these drawbacks.

(Means for Solving the Problems) Rod-shaped bodies 1 are arranged in parallel at intervals perpendicular to the traveling direction on the surface of a heat-insulating sheet A on which aluminum is vacuum-deposited, and the rod-shaped bodies 1 are made of elastic soft synthetic material. It consists of a resin pipe covered with waterproof cloth, and suction cups 2 are attached to the four corners of the insulation sheet A.

(Function) Spread the insulation sheet A on the roof of the car, and when the front suction cup 2 is suctioned to the windshield and the rear suction cup 2 is suctioned to the glass, the parallel rod-shaped bodies l will separate the insulation sheet A and the roof. A gap is created between the lights to block summer light and prevent it from reaching the interior of the car.

Moreover, since the rod-shaped body l is a soft synthetic resin pipe covered with waterproof cloth, it will not absorb water even in the rain, and there is no risk of damaging the vehicle body.

Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, by rolling up the cross-sectional sheet A from one end, the suction cup 2 can be easily separated from the vehicle body.

The second layer is a tape cloth made by plain-weaving polypropylene or polyethylene flat yarns (band yarns with a width of 2 mm to 3 mm) in the vertical and horizontal directions to reinforce the heat insulating sheet A. Furthermore, the third layer's back surface C is made of a matte polyester film, which is flexible and will not cause any scratches even if it comes into contact with the vehicle body.

The rod-shaped bodies (l) arranged perpendicularly to the direction of travel on the back side of the heat-insulating sheet (A) are made of soft synthetic resin pipes with flexible elasticity and are covered with a waterproof cloth, so that they do not conform to the shape of a heavy roof. Along the line, the rod 1 bends well to create a gap equal to the diameter of the rod 1 between the heat insulating sheath 1-A and the roof.

(Effects of the Invention) According to the present invention, since the rod-like bodies L perpendicular to the traveling direction are arranged at intervals on the back side of the heat insulating sheet A on which aluminum J is vacuum-deposited, By unrolling the insulation sheet 1-A from one end of the roof of the car to the other, the roof can be easily covered.Furthermore, the four corners of the sheet can be fixed to the car body with suction cups 2, and the rod-shaped body 1 is attached to the insulation sheet A and the roof. By interposing the insulation sheet), a gap is formed between them, and together with the insulation sheet) A, it blocks sunlight in the summer and does not affect the temperature inside the car. If the other end is wound spirally, the suction cup 2 can be easily separated from the vehicle body, and a small volume is sufficient to store the spirally wound insulation sheet A. Instead, the rod-shaped body 1 is made of a soft synthetic resin pipe wrapped in waterproof cloth, so it not only does not absorb water even in the rain, but also does not cause damage even if it collides with the vehicle body, and the elastic rod-shaped body 1 does not bend or stretch. This has the effect of adapting to the shape of the roof and forming a uniform gap between the heat insulating sheet A and the roof.
