That is, a turnbuckle is locked to a rack bar of a wager rack that is movable between a heating furnace and a press bending device, a support plate is swingably attached to the lower end of this turnbuckle, and separate parts are attached to both ends of this support plate. The supporting plate is swingably attached, and hanging tools are attached to both ends of the lower supporting plate to form a tournament shape, and the upper edge of the plate glass is held between the lower ends of the hanging tools. In order to stably support the glass plate, usually a plurality of turnbuckles are engaged with a rack bar, and a hanging tool is suspended from each turnbuckle via a support plate.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) As described above, conventionally, in order to continuously press-form sheet glass in a vertical state, a plurality of wager racks are used, each of which suspends and supports the sheet glass. Dimensions vary from wagon rack to rack, and if the plate glass is suspended and supported so that it faces between the molds, the position of the mold and the glass sheet will be misaligned, making it impossible to obtain a product with excellent bending accuracy. The above-mentioned drawbacks are particularly noticeable in deeply bent products such as rear windows of automobiles.

Therefore, in the past, adjustment was made by changing the locking position of the turnbuckle to the rack bar in the left-right direction (the length direction of the rack bar), and by operating the turnbuckle itself in the vertical direction. The mold contact position is kept constant.

(Means for Solving the Problem) In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention suspends a Harken on the rack bar of a wager rack that is movable between a heating furnace and a press bending device, The Harken is suspended via a flexible support plate, and the position of the Harken is adjusted by an alignment member placed near the press bending device.

By driving the rotary actuator 32, the gear 33 and the gear 34 meshing with this gear 33 rotate, and along with this rotation, the arm 3
7 and 38 rotate from the solid line position in FIG. 5 to the position shown by the imaginary line. Then, as the arms 37 and 38 rotate in the closing direction, the upper surfaces of the rollers 39 and 40 come into contact with the sloped surfaces 4c and 4c of the lower surfaces of the left and right arm parts 4a and 4a of the Harken 4, and the arm parts 4a and 4a
9 and 40, positioning is performed. That is, even if the Harken 4 is twisted in the front-back direction as shown by the imaginary line in FIG.
The tips of the tapered portions 39b, 4 of the rollers 39, 40
0b, and the arm portions 4a, 4a are guided by the tapered portions 39b, 40b to the small diameter portions 39a, 40.
a, and eventually always reaches the state shown by the solid line in FIG.
4a is the small diameter portion 39a, 40a of the rollers 39, 40;
In order to ride on the top, the Harken 4 is always fixed at a predetermined height position, and even if the Harken 4 is shifted in the left-right direction, the roller 39 remains at the end of rotation in the closing direction of the arms 37 and 38. , 40 come into contact with the side portions of the legs 4b of the harness 4, so the harness 4 is always fixed at a predetermined position in the left and right direction. Therefore, by closing the arms 37 and 38, the position of the Harken 4 can be adjusted in the front and back, left and right, and up and down directions at the same time.

When the forward movement of the horizontal frame 22 is stopped, the rotary actuator 32 is activated to close the arms 37 and 38. Then, as described above, the left and right arms 4a, 4a of the Harken 4 ride on the rollers 39, 40, and the forward/backward, left/right, and up/down positions of the Harken 4 are simultaneously adjusted, and the hanging tools 10 are all aligned in a line, and the plate glass is 11 faces a predetermined position between the dies of the press bending device.

In addition, the rotary actuator 32 is operated to align the hanging tools 10..., and the plate glass 1 is aligned.
1, the plate glass 11 swings back and forth, left and right, or up and down. Therefore, the shaking prevention device 42 is activated. That is, the cylinder unit 48 is activated and the rods 45, 45 are advanced until the operating rod 50 comes into contact with the limit switch 44b. Here, the length of the operating rod 50 is adjusted in advance to match the length of the glass plate 11.
Then, the operating rod 50 switches the limit switch 44.
At the time of contact with b, the receiving portion 52 comes into contact with the side end portion of the glass plate 11, and this contact stops the shaking of the glass plate 11.

(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, according to the hanging device according to the present invention, the hanging tool that clamps the upper edge of the plate glass is attached to the wagon rack via the handle, and the handle is simultaneously moved forward and backward by the alignment member.
Since the horizontal or vertical position can be adjusted, the position of the plate glass before press forming can be adjusted automatically and in a shorter time than before, and can be done more accurately, making it easier to adjust the position of the plate glass and the mold. This method does not differ from case to case, and allows deep bending products such as automobile rear windows to be press bent with extremely high precision.
