[Prior Art and Its Disadvantages] Conventionally, when installing a multi-element Yagi antenna for VHF and UHF bands, for example, when fixing the waveguide element 11 to the arm 12 as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the following steps were taken. Such a method was used. That is,
The support stand 13 is installed between the arm 12 and the waveguide element 11, the element contact plate 14 and the arm contact plate 15 are applied to the waveguide element 11 and the arm 12, respectively, and the waveguide element 11 and the arm 12 are placed in advance. Pass the bolts 16 and 17 through the provided mounting holes and attach the support base 1.
It is fixed by screwing into the female thread on the first side.

しかしながら、従来のこの方法では、 (1) 部品点数が多い。 However, with this conventional method, (1) There are many parts.

(2) 支持台の取り付け、組込みの工数が多い。(2) It takes a lot of man-hours to install and assemble the support stand.

[Purpose of the invention] The present invention was made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and its purpose is to reduce the number of parts and assembly man-hours without drilling holes in the element, minimize molds, etc., and attach the antenna element to the arm. An object of the present invention is to provide an antenna element support base that can be fixed.

[Summary of the invention] The present invention provides an antenna element support base for attaching an antenna element to an arm, which consists of a pair of support bases, each support base having a tubular portion having an inner diameter through which the antenna element passes, and a tubular portion attached to the arm. The device includes a band portion fixed with a bolt and a nut, and a connecting portion that integrates the band portion and the tubular portion. Further, the end of the connecting portion has an inverted trapezoidal uneven portion, and the pair of support stands are fitted into each other in this uneven portion.

In this support stand, the inverted trapezoidal concave and convex portions are fitted together, the antenna element is passed through the tube-shaped portion, and in this state, the arm is passed between the band portions and tightened with, for example, bolts and nuts. This causes the antenna element to be slightly bent within its elastic limit, creating frictional resistance between the antenna element and the inner portion of the tubular portion, and as a result, the antenna element is fixed to the arm.

[Embodiment of the invention] An embodiment of the invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a plan view showing the structure of the antenna element support of the present invention, and FIG. 2 shows a part of FIG.
A front view taken along line A' is shown, and FIG. 3 is a side view thereof. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the antenna element support according to the present invention includes, for example, two reflective elements.
tubular portions 31a and 31b having an inner diameter through which 1 passes;
These tubular parts 31a and 31b are connected to the arms 22, respectively.
band portions 32a, 32b fixed to the band portions 32a, 32b, inverted trapezoidal uneven portions 33a, 33b provided opposite to the upper ends of the band portions 32a, 32b, and the tubular portions 31a, 31b and the band portions 32a, 32b. These are a pair of support stands made up of connecting parts 34a and 34b that connect the two.

This support base has an inverted trapezoidal uneven portion 33a,
33b are fitted together, and then the reflective element 21
is passed through both the tubular portions 31a and 31b. In this state, pass the arm 22 between the band parts 32a and 32b, pass the bolt 35 through the arm hole that has been machined in advance, pass the spring washer 36 and the flat washer 37, and tighten the band 32a and 32 with the nut 38.
b is tightened and fixed to the arm 22.

Outer diameter of arm 22 and band portions 32a, 32b
In the free state, there is a slight gap between the inner diameters of the tubular portions 31a and 31b, and as described above, the tightening of the bolts 35 and nuts 38 causes slight bending of the tubular portions 31a and 31b. This slight bending generates frictional resistance between the reflective element 21 and the tubular portions 31a, 31b, and can prevent the reflective element 21 from moving in the axial direction. In addition, for further safety, set screw 39
may be installed in one place.

[Effects of the invention] As described above, according to the invention, (1) each of the pair of support stands is the same, and is composed of one type of parts except for the attached bolts, etc.; Therefore, only one type of mold is required for production, which is highly economical.
