考案の構成

示すように爪部４，５の両側にはスリツト６，７
を入れている。更に爪４，５の上方部に指をかけ
るための凸起８，９を付けている。この凸起８，
９の高さＨ寸法は、メクラ蓋の円筒体１をパネル
穴３より外す時に指で凸起部８，９を押し、指の
腹が円筒体１の円筒形の外壁にあたる以前に爪部
４，５がパネル穴３より容易に外れるだけの寸法
をとつている。又円筒体１がパネル２に嵌合した
状態においてガタつきをなくし良好な安定した嵌
合状態を得るために爪部４，５と90゜の位置でヒ
レ１０，１１を対向して設けている。なお、第１
図において、１２はオーデイオボリユーム軸であ
