Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve a working property by constituting a data memory attached to a load and a rack to read and write the data at a terminal of a fork-lift truck, and to transmit and receive the contents at an interval with a control computer with a wireless installation. CONSTITUTION:When a fork 8 of a fork-lift truck 3 is inserting into a pallet, a terminal attached to the lower part of a finger bar comes nearer to a data memory of this pallet, thereby reading and writing the data automatically. Then, when a freight loaded on the pallet is inserted into a rack with the fork 8 of the fork-lift truck 3, the terminal gets closer to the data memory, reading and writing the data automatically. The reading and writing of these data are performed by a terminal machine 4 mounted on the fork-lift truck 3, and data contents are received by the wireless installation from an antenna 7 of the terminal machine 4 through a radio wave by way of a relay 5 and controlled by a control computer 1.

ることが多いのでパレット単位の荷情報が変ればバーコ
ードでは貼り替える必要があった。

無線装置により管理コンピュータとの間で送受信するよ
うにして荷の情報、例えば入庫、出庫、品名、品番、数
量及び入出庫場所等の読み取り、書き込みを自動的に行
った。

コンピュータとを無線装置によりオンライン化した荷役
、入出庫指令システムにおいて、荷の情報を得る手段と
して荷及び棚に取付けられたデータメモリを、フォーク
リフトのフィンガーバーに設置されたターミナルにより
読み取り、または書き込みを行い、その内容を無線装置
により管理コンピュータとの間で送受信するようにした
ことを特徴とするものである。
