(Prior Art) Conventionally, this type of lighting equipment is generally installed on a ceiling or a wall (hereinafter simply referred to as a wall), as shown in FIG.
Insert the main body 03 into the opening 02 provided in 01,
A diameter larger than the opening diameter is integrally formed on the rim of the main body.
The main body 03 is attached to the wall 01 by sandwiching the opening periphery between the outward flange 04 and fasteners (not shown) provided at multiple locations around the main body, and a metal cone (called a cone) is installed inside the main body. A reflector plate 06 made of stainless steel, copper, etc.) is provided, and a metal decorative frame 08 is provided to cover the outward flange 04 of the main body 03 from the outer periphery of the lip 07 of this reflector plate, and a light source ( In the illustrated example, the light emitted from the lamp 09 is radiated into the illumination space by also utilizing the reflection of the reflector.

(Means for solving the problem) The structure of the present invention to achieve the above purpose is as follows:
To explain using FIGS. 1 to 5 corresponding to the embodiment, the present invention is an embedded lighting device in which a main body 3 having a light source 12 arranged therein is embedded in an opening 2 formed in a wall 1. , inside the main body 3, the terminal has a small diameter with a distance L between it and the inner surface of the main body 3, and its free end extends appropriately further toward the irradiation space side than the opening 2 of the main body 3, and then the terminal is installed. A transparent body 6 is provided with a curled portion 6a that makes a U-turn and is in contact with or close to the wall 1.

(Function) The light emitted from the light source 12 is transmitted through the curled portion 6a of the transparent body 6 and radiated into the irradiation space, illuminating the outer peripheral portion of the wall opening edge and forming a soft ring of light in this portion. This makes it possible to eliminate darkness around the outer periphery of the wall opening.

In addition, the outermost part of the bundle of light emitted from the light source passes through the rim of the main body 3, and when passing through the rim of the reflector plate 06 disposed inside the conventional main body 3 shown in FIG. In comparison, the irradiation angle is significantly expanded. Further, the light-transmitting body 6 covers the mouth edge of the main body and the wall opening with its curled portion 6a, and functions as a conventional decorative frame 8.

Figures 1 and 2 illustrate the case of application to a downlight with a fixture embedded in the ceiling, where 1 is a ceiling plate which is an example of a wall, 2 is an opening, 3 is the fixture body,
It is formed into a cylindrical shape with a bottom, and an outward flange 4 is integrally attached to the outer peripheral side surface of the mouth edge 3a. This outward flange 4 is formed to have a diameter larger than the diameter of the opening 2, and the upper surface of the flange comes into contact with the surface of the ceiling plate. In this state, attach the fasteners 5 provided on the main body 3 at multiple locations in the circumferential direction (two locations in the example) to the back surface of the ceiling board, and use the outward flange 4 and these fasteners 5 to secure the ceiling board around the opening periphery. The main body 3 is held on the ceiling plate 1 by holding it from above and below.

Therefore, the light emitted from the lamp 12 is transmitted through the transparent body 6.
The light passes through the curled part 6a and reaches the inside of the curled part 6a, and then passes through this curled part and is emitted into the irradiation space. A ring of darkness does not occur around the luminous flux emitted from the instrument, and on the contrary, a soft ring of light oozing out from the transparent body 6 is formed around the outer rim of the instrument mouth, eliminating the appearance of darkness and creating a soft brightness. You can get an exceptional lighting effect.

FIG. 3 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the main part showing another embodiment of the transparent body, which has a structure in which the curled part 6a can be separated,
This is intended to improve versatility and economy by making only the curled portion replaceable with various forms. Specifically, an outward flange portion 6d is integrally formed at the lower end of the transparent body 6, and Separately from this, there is provided a main body insertion port 61a having a diameter larger than the outer diameter of the main body 6A and smaller than the outer circumferential edge diameter of the flange.
2a is placed on the outward flange portion 6d of the main body 6A to hold the curled portion 6a. In this case, for one main body 6A, the third

FIG. 5 shows yet another structure for attaching the transparent body 6 to the main body 3, in which a locking tool made of a plate spring attached to the main body 3 is used. Specifically, S-shaped plate spring locking devices 17 are provided at multiple locations in the circumferential direction on the inner surface of the main body 3, with the lower end appropriately fixed to the inner surface and the upper end slightly deviated toward the center. A vertical plate portion 17a parallel to the center line O is formed at the upper end, and an engaging protrusion 17b is integrally formed on the inner surface. Further, recesses 18 for engaging the vertical plate portions 17a of the locking tool 17 are formed at multiple locations in the circumferential direction on the upper part of the transparent body corresponding to the locking tools, and furthermore, recesses 18 are formed at the bottom of the recesses 18 for engaging the vertical plate portions 17a of the locking tools 17. Gotsuko 17
A recessed hole 18a is formed to engage b, and the transparent body 6 is pushed up from below against the elasticity of this locking tool, so that the vertical plate portion 17a and the engagement protrusion 17b are connected to the concave portion 18 and the engaging protrusion 17b of the transparent body. At the time when each of the light-transmitting bodies is inserted into the recessed holes 18a, the elastic restoring force maintains the engaged state with spring pressure to hold the light-transmitting body.

(Effects of the invention) As described above, the present invention eliminates the darkness that occurs at the outer periphery of the wall opening, and conversely forms a soft ring of light that passes through the curled part of the transparent body in this area. It is bright in appearance and can emit light over a wide range by expanding the irradiation angle compared to conventional ones, so it has the advantage of creating a soft illumination space.
In addition, the curled part of the transparent body 6 is similar to the conventional decorative frame 0.
8 (see Figure 6), there is no need for a special member such as this decorative frame, resulting in a simple structure, and by processing the curled part into various shapes, it can be used to transmit light. It has the advantage of being able to vary the light from the light source and producing a wide variety of lighting effects.
