側の端部が固着されたウエネルト電極と、このウ
エネルト電極と同軸的にして且つ所定間隔をおい
て配設された加速電極とを具備してなる進行波管
用電子銃構体において、 上記ウエネルト電極は、上記スリーブに対し３
倍以上の熱膨脹率の材料により構成されてなるこ
