リーブを、前記ソケツトシヤフトの外周および先
端を覆いかつソケツトシヤフトに対しての相対回
転が許容された状態でかつソケツトシヤフトと一
体に回転駆動されるように装着するとともに、こ
のスリーブを相対回転させる機構をソケツトシヤ
フトの外周に配設したことを特徴とするボルト・
