記フランジ３Ａ，３Ｂに設けた複数のガイド孔５
に複数のガイドバー６が出入りすることにより内
筒全体の長さを変えることができ、フランジ３Ａ
，３Ｂを複数のエアシリンダー７で結んで熱によ
る伸縮に追従できるように構成したことを特徴と
