生地の間に介在させてミシンで適宜刺し縫いして
なる偏平主体の、左右辺縁下半部に開閉具を設け
るとともに、上辺縁左右端と左右辺縁中央部に閉
止具を設け、かつ、この偏平主体の上記表生地あ
るいは裏生地の中央部に、周辺縁に開閉具を縫着
したクツシヨン皮生地を重合縫着してなることを
