置として種々複雑な機構を装備する必要があり、
コスト高につき不経済であつた。尚特開昭58−
175587号公報記載の如きものも開示さるゝ所であ
るが、複雑な装置にしてコスト高につくと共に、
切断装置は可動刃と固定刃とによる鋏切方式であ
るから、仮に生地が誤つて該部に挟入した際に生
地が損傷したり、指頭等が接触した場合には傷付
く等の欠点を存するものである。

ダー16のピストンで、下端は上メス13に螺入
され、ナツト13cで上メス13と固定する。上
メス13の上下及び傾きの位置調整は、ナツト1
3cを緩め上メス13を回転することによりその
調整を可能とする。14はエアシリンダー固定用
ナツトで、上メスの昇降ストロークを任意調整す
る作用をなす。15は上メス昇降駆動源取付板取
付固定ネジ、18はエアパイプで、昇降駆動源た
るエアシリンダー16の駆動用に作用する。然し
て昇降駆動源をエアシリンダーでなくソレノイド
を利用する場合は該エアパイプ18の代わりに電
源コードに転換する。尚、本実施例においては下
メス8bをして、針板8の針孔後方部側端を鈍角
状とすることにより成形させるものであるが、針
板8を利用せず、その代わりに該位置にブロツク
状のものを別設し、これに鈍角状の下メスを成形
してもよいものである。更に上メスの空環切断用
面は平坦面とし、且つ下メスは鈍角としたから、
仮にたまたま生地が上メスの下になつて上メスが
下降するようなことがあつても、生地を切断した
り、誤つて指頭等を傷付ける等の危険を存しない
ものである。又ソレノイド又はエアシリンダーを
作動するに当たつては手動的にスイツチ又はバル
ブ等を操作してもよく、任意公知技術を利用して
これらを自動的に操作することも出来るもので、
任意実施すべきである。
