燃焼ガスと熱交換させて上記廃ガスを予熱する熱
交換部とを一体化して設けた構造の触媒燃焼室を
有することを特徴とする触媒燃焼式廃ガス処理装
置。 2 請求の範囲第1項記載の触媒燃焼式廃ガス処
理装置において、燃焼触媒層の前流側に、廃ガス
を加熱する助燃バーナを設けた構造の触媒燃焼室
を有することを特徴とする触媒燃焼式廃ガス処理
装置。 3 請求の範囲第1項または第2項記載の触媒燃
焼式廃ガス処理装置において、廃ガスを予熱する
熱交換部は、触媒層によつて燃焼された燃焼ガス
の流れに対向して廃ガスが流れる複数の熱交換炉
によつて構成され、かつ上記触媒層の後流側で、
上記燃焼ガスと廃ガスとの熱交換を行わせ、上記
熱交換により温度が低下した燃焼ガスを系外に排
出させる構造の触媒燃焼室を有することを特徴と
する触媒燃焼式廃ガス処理装置。 4 請求の範囲第1項ないし第3項のいずれか1

ガスを予熱する複数の熱交換通路は燃焼触媒層を
