本案は専ら毛髪の切断に使用される理容鋏に関

鋏は一般に1側縁に刃を形成した刀部と指孔を
有する把手部とを連設した二個の鋏部材を、刃が
相対向するように交叉せしめ交叉部を枢結してな
るもので、指孔に指(主に拇指と人差指)を差し
入れ刀部の開閉動作で物を切断するものである。
この鋏の内持に理容鋏に於ては使用者によつて独
特のクセがあるため、使用者に応じた大きさ及び
刀体に対する角度を変更できる鋏があれば非常に
便利であるので、従来では指孔部を別に形成して
適宜着脱できるようにしてなる。この着脱機構は
把手部を棒状にすると共に表面長手方向に数本の
細溝を周設し、別に指孔部を突設した筒状体の内
面に前記細溝に対応した突条を形成すると共に先
部外面をテーパー状にし、テーパー状部にナツト
を螺装し、ナツトの緊締によつて棒状把手部に挿

周面を囲繞するように装着し、常温では筒状部3
の一部を内包へ押圧する形状になり、高温(例え
ば60℃程度のように人体の体温より適当に高い温
度を設定しておく)では前記押圧が解除される形
状に変化する形状記憶をさせたものである。尚筒
状部3の内止着バンド4で押圧される部分は柔軟
な方が良いが、指孔5を形成する指孔部6はあま
り柔軟すぎると使用し難いので適度の硬さを要す
るので、第3図に示すように二重構造としても良
