【考案の詳細な説明】
(イ) 産業上の利用分野
本考案はマイクロ波フライヤ用食品載置体に関

最近、特願昭57−25120号(特開昭58−141120
号公報)に見られるような、食品フライ時間をを
短縮するためにマイクロ波加熱を併用したマイク
ロ波フライヤが市場に出回り始めている。斯るフ
ライヤにおいて、フライ食品の載置体としては、
油を通さねばならないため網目状のカゴが用いら
れ、その材質には約200℃の高温油中でも変形、
溶融せず且つ強度的にも強くなければならないた
めに金属が用いられている。更に、この様なカゴ
の網目はかなり荒くマイクロ波が通過できるよう
になつており、マイクロ波加熱の効率が低下する
のが防止されている。即ち、上記カゴの網目が細
かく、そこをマイクロ波が通過できない状態にあ
ると、上記カゴは一種のマイクロ波遮蔽板として
作用してしまい、マイクロ波加熱の効率が一般的

食品を直接受ける網目状の第2載置構成体、とか

ゴ体5は油3が高温(約200℃)となつた状態で
その高温油の中に沈められ、この場合カゴ体5内
のフライ食品6は高温油中に浸される。更にマイ
クロ波の供給がなされ、よつて食品6はマイクロ
波加熱を併用したフライ加熱が行なわれ、短時間

クロ波の通過が可能となつている。又上記第2カ
ゴ8は誘電損失の小さな物質、例えばポリアミド
からなる。斯る物質は同様に高温油中で変形、溶
融しないが、強度的には一般的に弱い。更に、上
記第2カゴ8の網目は上記第1カゴ7の網目に較
べてかなり細かくなつている。勿論、斯る第2カ
ゴ8は誘導損失の小さな物質からなつているから
マイクロ波を遮蔽するようなことはない。そし
て、カゴ体5としては、第1カゴ7内に第2カゴ
8が配置され、第2カゴ8の強度的が弱さは第1
カゴ7にて支持されている。この様な構成のカゴ
体5において、フライ食品は第2カゴ8上に直接
載置される。この場合、第2カゴ8の網目はかな
り細かいため豆などの小さなフライ食品であつて

ライ食品に対しても本来の食品載置機能を充分発
揮でき、よつてマイクロ波フライヤに最適な食品
