Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily execute cleaning without giving uncleanliness feeling to a customer by providing a switch to connect a vacuum cleaner with a sucking port provided on a position to suck dust swept and collected on a floor surface through a duct, and to operate the operation stop of the vacuum cleaner on a door on the sucking port, so as to be freely opened/closed. CONSTITUTION:A fixed duct 7 is connected through a flexible duct 6 to a vacuum cleaner 5 and the fixed duct 7 is arranged along an outer wall 1 or 2, the lower inside of a partition wall 3 further or the lower front surface of a mirror stand. Then, a sucking port duct 8 is connected and provided. A limit switch 11 is connected with the vacuum cleaner 5 and when a sucking port 9 is opened/closed in the moving port of a door 10, the vacuum cleaner 5 is automatically controlled to be turned on/off. When hairdressing work is finished, hair fallen down and dispersed on a floor surface is swept and collected to the nearest sucking port 9 by a broom. At such a time, when a door 10 is opened and the vacuum cleaner 5 is automatically driven and the hair, etc., swept and collected on the floor surface is sucked from the sucking port 9 together with air and housed through the fixed duct 7 and flexible duct 6 into the cleaner 5. When suction is finished, the cleaner is stopped by moving the door 10 and closing the sucking port 9.

In barbershops, beauty salons, etc., hair is cut to a required length, so-called hair conditioning, and the relatively short hair that is cut at this time falls onto the floor. In order to avoid causing discomfort, when the hair of the person sitting on the chair is finished, the hair that has fallen on the floor around the chair is immediately swept up and removed using a dustpan.

Every time a haircut is completed, the barber uses a broom to scrape up the hair that has fallen on the floor, remove dust, and remove it. The dust must be carried to a location where a garbage can or the like is installed, and during this transportation, it may be scattered around, and the work of removing it with a dust pan gives customers a sense of disgrace.

The operation of the vacuum cleaner is controlled by opening and closing the suction port drilled in the wall at the floor level or in the lower part of the dressing table with the vacuum cleaner installed in a position that does not interfere with hairdressing work. The hair, etc. that has fallen on the floor surface is raked up with a broom toward this suction port, and the suction tube is automatically discharged by simply opening the suction cap, thereby eliminating the need for dust removal, which causes discomfort, and allowing easy cleaning. In addition, by installing multiple suction ports in a hairdressing salon, the work of raking with a broom can be reduced because it is only necessary to scrape the items near the suction port instead of raking in one place.

This is provided by connecting a suction port duct 8 to a fixed duct 7 as shown in FIGS. As shown in the figure, the suction port duct 8 is shaped like this at the lower inner surface of the lower part of the dressing table 4 or the lower inner surface of the wall, and a suction port 9 having a required frontage area is bored in this inner surface, that is, the indoor surface. The suction port 9 falls on the surface of the floor F and is bored at a required height so that hair etc. that have been raked up with a broom can be easily sucked therefrom. Further, a door 10 is provided in the suction port duct 8 so as to be openable and closable. This allows the suction port 9 to be opened and closed by being guided in the longitudinal direction of the suction port duct 8.
A protrusion may be provided on a part of the door to facilitate opening and closing of the door. Further, a limit switch 11 is provided on this suction port duct 8, and the switch 11 is turned on by a striker 12 provided on the door side.

The switch 11 is set so that when the suction port 9 is closed by moving the door, the switch 11 is turned OFF, and when the suction port 9 is opened, the switch 11 is turned ON. The limit switch 11 is electrically connected to the vacuum cleaner 5, and automatically turns on and off the vacuum cleaner 5 by opening and closing the suction port by moving the door. Note that the fixed duct 7 has *number of suction port ducts 8.
In this case, the fixed duct and the suction port duct 8 are connected in series, and each suction port duct is provided with a switch for controlling the vacuum scraper, so that either door can be opened or closed. The vacuum cleaner is controlled by

When the hairdressing work is finished, the hair that has fallen and scattered under the floor is collected with a broom to the nearest suction port, and when 7110 is opened, the vacuum cleaner 5 is automatically activated, and the hair is swept with air from the suction port 9 onto the floor surface. The collected hair and the like are sucked and stored in the vacuum cleaner via the fixed duct and the flexible duct. When the suction is finished, the vacuum cleaner will stop by moving the shield and closing the suction port. When the vacuum cleaner is full after multiple cleanings, the garbage accumulated inside the vacuum cleaner is thrown away, just like with conventional vacuum cleaners, but this work is done when no customers are present or in a place where it cannot be seen. This prevents discomfort from occurring.
