Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent removal of connected appliance by slightly recessing the upper face of a trapezoid formed by two adjoining waves of a corrugated pipe having waves on its outer periphery thereby holding the resilient recovery force of a hooking chip fixed to the appliance. CONSTITUTION:An appliance 2 is contacted with the ridge section 3 and the root section 4 formed on the outer circumference of a corrugated pipe 1. A hooking chip 13 comprising a resiliently deformable section 11 and a click 12 is fixed to the base section 10 on the inner circumferential face then the click 12 is engaged with the root section 4 in order to prevent removal of the corrugated pipe 1 from the appliance 2. Upper face of a trapezoid 5' formed by two continuous ridge sections 3 of the corrugated pipe 1 is slightly recessed 5a' and a name plate is stuck thereto. By such arrangement, resilient recovery force of the resilient deformable section 11 is maintained even upon contact of the click 12 with the trapezoid 5' resulting in prevention of fall off of the corrugated pipe 1 due to aging.

FIGS. 4 to 6 show various examples in which the corrugated flexible tube 1 and the connecting device 2 are connected to each other, and wiring (not shown) is passed therethrough. As shown in these figures, the corrugated flexible tube 1 has a cylindrical shape, and the cylindrical portion has a corrugated cross section in which peaks 3 and troughs 4 are alternately continuous in the axial center direction. It has become.

A part of the longitudinal direction has two peaks of the waveform part.
The section 5 has a trapezoidal cross section that looks like a mountain. On the outer periphery of the trapezoidal part 5, there are markings 6 necessary for the product,
For example, the product name, product number, company name, etc. are formed in one piece. There are various connecting devices connected to the corrugated flexible tube 1 as shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, and each connecting device 2 has a threaded portion 7 on the outer periphery of one end as shown in the figure. The inner periphery of the other end has a mounting base 10 at the negative end and an elastic deformation section 11 at the middle extending from the base 10.
A hooking piece 13 is provided on the inner periphery, and the inner periphery of the tip is a claw 12. In the connecting device 2, the elastically deformable portions 11 are elastically deformed in the fitting direction The elastic restoring force is exerted to return the mold 12 in the inner radial direction, and the claws 12 are hooked on the peaks 3 with the elastic deformation portions 11 acting as a support. This prevents the corrugated flexible tube 1 and the connecting device 2 from coming off. .

By the way, the trapezoidal part 5 to which the mark 6 is attached is conventionally
Since it had a flat cross-sectional shape, when the pawl 12 rests on this part 5 during fitting, the elastic deformation part 11 appears in the part shown in Fig. 4, and the part shown in Figs. Each of the base parts 10 is subjected to unreasonable stress,
When the hook pieces 13 are made of plastic material, these parts may undergo plastic deformation and each hook piece 13 may lose its elastic restoring force after about half a day. As a result, even if the corrugated flexible tube 1 and the connecting device 2 are fitted from the above-mentioned hanging state,
This resulted in a situation where the claws 12 could no longer be caught on the peaks 3 of the corrugated flexible tube 1.

1 to 3 show various embodiments of the corrugated flexible tube according to the present invention. In these figures, components similar to those shown in FIGS. 4 to 6 are designated by the same reference numerals as those in these figures, and redundant explanation will be omitted. By the way, the trapezoidal portion 5' to which the marking 6' is attached, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, has a cross-sectional shape that is concave in the inner radial direction in the shape of a flat square, and the outer periphery thereof becomes the concave portion 5a'. At the same time, the cross section of the sign 6' is shaped like a flat square square and extends along the recessed portion 5a'. Note that the recessed portion 5

In each figure (al indicates the claw 12 of the hooking piece 13 in the recess 5a').
He is standing on top of it and is looking at the process of fitting it in. As shown in FIG. 1(a), even if the hooking piece 13 rests on the trapezoidal part 5', the claw 12 will be moved by the recessed part of the recessed part 5a' because the recessed part 5a' is provided as described above. As a result, the amount of deformation of the elastically deformable portion 11 also decreases, and the deformation remains within the elastic range. When the hook piece 13 is then fitted in the X direction, the claw 12 of the hook 13 is Due to the elastic restoring force possessed by 11, the same figure (b)
As shown in the figure, it becomes possible to get caught on the next peak 3.

), the claws 12 are able to bite into the valleys 4 and become caught on the peaks 3. As a result, even if the corrugated flexible tube 1 and the connecting device 2 are attempted to be pulled out in the Y direction, the claws 12 bite into the corrugated flexible tube 1, preventing the pullout. In such a corrugated flexible tube, if the trapezoidal part has a slightly concave shape in the inner radial direction at the outer circumferential part where the marking is attached, even if the claw rests on the trapezoidal part and is held, the elasticity of the hook piece will be insufficient. Resilience will not be lost. This ensures that the hook piece is always caught on the peak.

1. A cylindrical part having a wavy cross-section in the direction of the axis center at least on the outer circumferential surface side, and a part of the cylindrical part having a substantially trapezoidal cross-section in which the plurality of crests of the wavy part are combined into one crest. It has a trapezoidal shape, and the necessary markings for the product are attached to the outer periphery of the trapezoidal part. One end is the mounting base, and the middle part extending from the base is an elastic deformation part, and the inner part of the tip is an elastic deformation part. By being fitted into a cylindrical connecting device that has a hook piece on its inner periphery, the elastically deformable portion is elastically deformed in the fitting direction, and the claws adjust to the outside diameter of the connecting device. A corrugated flexible tube that escapes in the opposite direction and is supported by the elastic deformation portion so that the claws are caught on the mountain portions, and the trapezoidal portion is attached to the marking. A corrugated flexible tube characterized by having a slightly concave outer circumferential portion in the inner diameter direction.
