Abstract

PURPOSE:To produce lots of vibrators with uniform thickness and to improve the mechanical strength by inserting a pre-formed woven cloth into a specified injection mold pressing die, pressing a molten synthetic resin from a gate and solidifying the resin. CONSTITUTION:Male and female dies of injection mold metallic dies 3a, 3b, are provided separately with a heater, and in the case of the fitting of the male dies 3a, 3b, the outer circumferential part 6b is fitted closely and the central part 6a of the vibrator is provided with the same gap t' as a finished thickness (t) of the vibrator 1a. After a pre-formed woven cloth 2 is inserted to the metallic dies 3a, 3b, a molten synthetic resin is pressed from a gate 9, and the resin is solidified and formed. Thus, lots of vibrators with uniform thickness are produced and the pattern of the core textile is left onto the forming as it is, excellent design is attained and the value of the commodity is improved. Moreover, strong mechanical strength is attained.

<Conventional technology> Conventionally, this type of technology was seen in cone-shaped, dome-shaped, etc.-shaped vibrating bodies before the war, but it was possible to impregnate woven fabrics such as silk or cotton with phenolic resin, The material was then pressed and molded using heated male and female molds, cooled, and molded into the shape of the mold.

<Problem to be solved by the invention> However, in the diaphragm completed through the manufacturing process described above, the viscosity of the phenol resin is low, so the amount of impregnation into the core material such as silk or cotton cloth is small. It was not possible to obtain a large bulky diaphragm.

Therefore, as a diaphragm for a speaker that vibrates with high output and large amplitude, the outer shape is easily distorted and it is easy to break.

また、エツジ部が固いので、大振幅、低f。Also, the edges are hard, so it has a large amplitude and low f.

The outer periphery of the core fiber (2) is pressed, and the vibrating part (1a) is pulled by the male and female presses (3a) and (3b), and is melted at about 200°C or higher under tension. The thermoplastic synthetic resin such as polyimide permeates into the fiber structure of the core material (2) and hardens to the same thickness (t') as the finished thickness in the gaps between the molds (3g>, (3b)). .

At this time, the pressing force of the molds (3a) and (3b) is applied according to Pascal's principle, and since each part of the resin (2) of the vibrating body (1) is pressurized, the pressure is constant, so it is uniform throughout. Pressure is applied to the vibrating body (1), and the state of resin adhesion becomes uniform on all parts of the vibrating body (1).

Since the gap (L') between the molds (3a) and (3b) corresponds to the finished thickness (1) of the vibrating body (1), even under strong pressure, the finished thickness (1) of the synthetic resin can be achieved.
