Claims (1)
- セラミツク素子として、加熱すべき気体を流通
させる通気孔が形成された正特性サーミスタ素子
を有し、該正特性サーミスタ素子の電圧分布が、
動作初期に通気孔の入口側で大、出口側で小なる
不均一分布わ示すように、正特性サーミスタ素子
の通気孔の断面積が入口側から出口側にかけて減
少していることを特徴とするセラミツクヒータ。
