- 流体に砥粒を加え超高圧で噴射する装置であつ
て該流体又は砥粒を振動させる振動子を備えた加
工装置において、前記振動子の振動周波数は前記
砥粒の共振周波数とほぼ同一である事を特徴とす
る加工装置。
