Claims (1)
- 機関排気通路と吸気通路を連通するＥＧＲ通路
を開閉する弁体と、この弁体を駆動するダイヤフ
ラム装置とからなる内燃機関のＥＧＲ制御弁にお
いて、弁体とダイヤフラム装置との間に冷却空気
室を設け、この空気室に冷却空気源からの冷却空
気の入口部と出口部を設けたことを特徴とする内
燃機関のＥＧＲ制御弁。
