ていること。 外管にはその管端部の開口部近傍に軸方向に
ある長さの拡径管部が形成されており、該拡径管
部は該開口部から軸方向に延設された数個のスリ
ツトによりその円周方向に数個の舌片部に形成さ
れているとともに少なくとも一つの舌片部には係
合透孔が形成されていること。 該外管はその拡径管部の係合透孔を該内管に
固設された環状フランジ外周面の係合凹部に合致
せしめて該内管の管端部外周面に嵌挿されている
