Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an easily usable housing box of a simple noiseless structure by providing a housing base facilitating the take-in and out operation of objects to be housed or housed which are vertically moved by air bag for the bottom. CONSTITUTION:On the bottom of a housing box 1 set under the floor, a housing base 2, an air bag 5, and air pump 6 are set. A stopper 3 is also set on the inner upper part of the box 1. When objects 13 housed are taken out, the pump 6 is operated to supply air to the bag 5 in order to raise the housing base 2. Also, when the objects are housed, the air of the bag 5 is removed to lower the base 2 and the stopper 3 is closed. A noiseless housing box of simple structure can thus be obtained at low cost.

Inside the storage main body 1 is a box-shaped elevating storage stand 2 with an open top.
A guide roller 4 is attached to each side of the elevating storage table 2. The guide rollers on the opposing sides of the elevating storage platform I are sized to ensure a slight gap on either side with respect to the inner surface of the storage main body I. At the upper end of the storage main body 1, a stopper 3 for regulating the rising end of the elevating storage table 2 is attached, and four parts 1c are provided on which a cover plate 9 (FIG. 2) is placed.

Each air bag 5 is divided into two bag parts that are welded at both sides at the center in the vertical direction and communicated only at the center in the width direction. The welded portion 5a of the air bag 5 is provided with a crease that is bent inward. In addition, the air bag 5 of the elevating storage platform 2
The connection position is such that the air bag 5 is slightly inclined inward when it is at the rising end in contact with the stopper 3.

The operation of the above configuration will be explained. FIG. 2 shows a state in which the stored items 13 are placed on the elevating storage table 2 and stored in the storage main body l. In this state, open the cover plate 9 and lift switch 1.
2 to turn on the air pump 6, the air bag 5 is filled with air from the air pump 6 via the tube 10, and the air bag 5 is inflated little by little. Therefore, the air bag 5 pushes up the elevating storage table 2.

As the air continues to be sent, the elevating storage table 2 continues to rise little by little, and when it reaches the upper limit, the upper end of the elevating storage table 2 comes into contact with the stopper 3, preventing it from rising any further. The air pump 6 continues to drive, but reaches the limit of its pumping capacity and the elevating storage platform 2 stops rising. Therefore, unlike a screw type drive mechanism, there is no problem of damage to the stopper 3 or the like.

In this way, since the elevating storage table 2 is raised by the air bag 5, there is no rattling like in the case of screw jacks, and
Moreover, it can be raised quietly without producing static noise.

Further, the elevating and lowering storage table 2 is provided with guide rollers 4 on the side surfaces, and the dimensions thereof are such that a slight gap is formed on either side. Therefore, if the lifting storage platform 2 tilts during the ascent, the guide roller 4 on the tilted side
comes into contact with the inner surface of the storage main body 1 and continues to rise while rotating. Therefore, you can smoothly ascend to the second level without getting caught.

As a result, the air in the air bag 5 is gradually released, and the elevating storage table 2 is lowered by its own weight.

The air bag 5 is divided into upper and lower parts by a welded part 5a with a crease, and is installed so as to tilt slightly inward at the rising end of the lifting storage platform 2. Therefore, by gradually releasing the air, the air bag 5 will fall inward. As a result, the elevating and lowering storage platform 2 smoothly descends little by little and does not fall suddenly.

In this underfloor storage, the elevating storage platform 2 can be smoothly raised and lowered in this way. Moreover, since the air bag 5 is used, the structure is simpler than that of the screw jack 2.
The structure is simple as there is no need for switches to detect the rising edge.

The fifth time will show another example. In this example, the air bag 5' has no welded parts or creases, and the opposing air bag 5'
The central part of the vertical direction is connected by a connecting string 14. With this configuration as well, the air bag 5' can be deflated smoothly in the same way as described above. Other structural effects are the same as in the first embodiment.

In each of the above embodiments, one air pump 6 supplies air to four air bags 5, but it is also possible to connect a different air pump to each air bag 5. Since each air bag 5 can be inflated individually, tilting of the elevating storage table 2 is less likely to occur.

Further, in order to save power, the air pump 6 may be configured to detect when the elevating storage platform 2 reaches the rising end using a limit switch or the like and stop driving.
