災センサーなどのセキユリテイーセンサーを接続
した各住戸に設置される住宅情報盤とを多重信号
線及び通話回線によつて接続して構成され、相互
通話、共同玄関の電気錠の制御、セキユリテイー
監視制御などを行なうようにされた集合住宅用監
視通話システムにおいて、 上記警報監視盤が、 上記多重信号線を通じて多重信号を送受させる
多重伝送制御部を有し、この多重伝送制御部を制
御するコントローラと、 時間を計時する計時手段と、 時間範囲を設定する時間設定手段と、 上記計時手段の計時信号が上記時間設定手段で
設定された時間範囲内であるときに時間許容信号
を出力する時間判別手段と、 上記コントローラから出力される解錠許容信号
及びロビー通話信号と、上記時間判別手段から出
力される時間許容信号とを受けて、上記電気錠に
解錠信号を出力する論理回路とを備え、 上記解錠許容信号は、上記ロビーインターホン
から暗唱番号を入力した場合、または上記ロビー
インターホンから上記住宅情報盤あるいは上記警
報監視盤の呼出を行なつて通話中に該住宅情報盤
あるいは警報監視盤に設けられた解錠釦を操作し
