Claims (1)
軸の少なくとも一方を、内輪側の部材と外輪側の
部材間に絶縁物を介装して電気的に絶縁した車輪
で構成し、左右両側の車輪の、線路と電気的に常
時接続状態にある部分に摺動接触装置を介装し、
この左右二つの摺動接触装置を、電線と、作業車
両本体に設けられた断続スイツチを介して電気的
に接続したことを特徴とする鉄道作業車両の絶縁
・短絡装置。 (2) 基端部側で車両本体側に取着され、先端部
が鉄道用車輪の外周部近傍、好ましくは車輪の外
周側面に接触する摺動接触装置であつて、上記先
端部がその基端部側の支持部を中心に車輪側に近
接離間自在に支持されるとともに、該近接離間自
在に支持されている上記先端部を具備した部材側
と車両本体側との間に介装されたバネにより該先
端部が車輪側に押圧されるように構成し、該先端
部に車輪側の接触面に略直角に軸線がなるよう筒
状体を設け、この筒状体の内部に先端が車輪側に
接触する集電棒をその長手方向にスライド自在に
挿着するとともに、該集電棒の基端側に、基端側
が筒状体側に保持された非線型のバネ特性を有す
るバネを配設して、上記集電棒を上記車輪側に押
圧するよう構成したことを特徴とする鉄道作業車
