Claims

A timing pulley is fixed to each shaft rotatably provided at both ends of a conveyor frame, and a timing belt having a plurality of crosspieces arranged at a constant pitch on the conveying surface is wound around both timing pulleys. A pallet conveyor is constructed by arranging a plurality of conveyor units in series in the conveying direction with intervals between them, and an auxiliary timing pulley fixed to the above-mentioned shaft of the upstream conveyor unit and the above-mentioned shaft of the downstream conveyor unit, respectively. An auxiliary timing belt is wound around the conveyor units so that the bars of both conveyor units are synchronously operated at a predetermined pitch, and a plurality of engagement grooves having approximately the same shape as the bars are formed on the lower surface of the pallet being conveyed on the conveyor unit. A pallet transport conveyor characterized in that the engaging grooves of the pallet are formed at the same pitch as the pitch of the crosspiece, and the engaging groove of the pallet is configured to transfer from the crosspiece of the upstream conveyor unit to the crosspiece of the downstream conveyor unit.
