Abstract

PURPOSE:To restrain the generation of bacteria and prevent the emission of an offensive odor by using a pile fabric of a chemical fiber yarn made by mixing ceramic powders formed by adsorbing an antibacterial agent with a polymer as a chemical fiber spinning raw material. CONSTITUTION:When ceramic powders 3 formed by adsorbing an antibacterial agent are mixed and stirred with a polymer as a chemical fiber spinning raw material followed by spinning and drawing, the chemical fiber yarn 4 becomes a chemical fiber yarn 4 containing ceramic powders having the antibacterial agent adsorbed. When a flame retardant material is mixed with the polymer, the chemical fiber yarn 4 having an increased flame resistance can be obtained. The mat part 2 of a doormat is formed of a pile fabric woven by said chemical fiber yarn 4, and said mat part 2 is installed to a mat base plate 5. When the antibacterial agent is adsorbed by the ceramic powders 3, the propagation of bacteria is restrained by the antibacterial agent, and thus the generation of an offensive odor is prevented and restrained. As the ceramic powders 3 are high-temperature sintered materials, the mat part 2 is excellent in flame resistance, providing an excellent fire preventing effect, and particularly, when the flame retardant material is mixed, this effect is remarkable.

In addition, it has high abrasion resistance and can withstand long-term use.Furthermore, the chemical fiber has increased flame retardancy in case of fire, and the mat part of the shoe towel mat is especially prone to bacterial growth, so it does not smell bad. It is necessary to prevent this as much as possible. Furthermore, in cold regions, it is necessary to delay the freezing of winter hands and make it easier to thaw them.

Next, the present invention uses a ceramic powder with an antibacterial agent baked on it.An antibacterial agent is mixed with a ceramic firing raw material, the ceramic is fired with the ceramic firing raw material mixed with the antibacterial agent, and the ceramic is pulverized. Ceramic powder (3) is mixed into a polymer, which is a raw material for spinning chemical fibers, and stirred to increase flame retardancy. If this chemical fiber (synthetic resin fiber) is mixed with a loss charge and spun and drawn, it becomes a ceramic powder (3
), and if a flame retardant is mixed in, it becomes a chemical fiber yarn with increased (added) flame retardancy (4
). The mat part (2) of the shoe towel mat is made of a pile fabric woven with the chemical fiber yarn (4), and the mat part (2) is attached to a mat base plate (5). .

Effects and Effects> The chemical fiber yarn (4) constituting the mat portion (2) of the shoe towel mat according to the present invention is made of (a) chemical fiber (synthetic fiber) material (b) ceramic powder (C) antibacterial agent (d) Since the ceramic powder is composed of four flame retardant materials, it has much better wear resistance than chemical fiber materials, and it is evenly present inside, on the surface, or in the cross section of the fiber thread, so the fiber thread (4) It makes it resilient. Therefore, the mat part (2
) The degree of abrasion when stepped on or rubbed is extremely small compared to chemical fibers that do not contain ceramic powder, and the chemical fiber material also wears out in direct proportion to the wear of the ceramic powder (3). .

Therefore, this shoe towel mat can withstand long-term use. In addition, the elasticity of the thread itself is increased by the even mixture of ceramic powder, so it stands up well after being stepped on and enhances the shoe-wiping effect. Furthermore, since the ceramic powder (3) increases the coefficient of friction with shoes, the effect of removing dust from the soles of shoes is further enhanced.

Next, when the antibacterial agent is adsorbed to the ceramic powder (3),
The antibacterial agent exists in a state absorbed in the micropores of the ceramic powder (3), and also adheres to the circumferential surface of the ceramic powder (3), and if baked, the antibacterial agent will be absorbed into the ceramic powder (3).
Since it exists as an integral part within itself, it always oozes out on the surface of the fiber thread (pile thread) (4), and the fiber thread (4)
Even when the ceramic powder (3) is worn out, the ceramic powder (3) is always present in the worn area, so bacteria that exist in mud and dust and that have entered between the pile yarns are inhibited from propagating by the antibacterial agent, thus causing a bad odor. It has the great effect of preventing and suppressing

Next, since the ceramic powder (3) is fired at a high temperature, the matte part (2) is highly flame retardant, and is not only resistant to burning in the event of a fire, but also highly effective in preventing fires, especially in the case of a cigarette. This effect is remarkable when a flame retardant material is mixed. Furthermore, since the ceramic powder (3) always emits far infrared rays, it is useful for preventing or delaying freezing in winter, and has the great advantage of being extremely easy to thaw.
